The overall experience was fantastic. From in-store shopping though delivery and installation, the entire series of interactions was professional, yet light-hearted where appropriate. Literally the Besy Buy on our new kitchen appliances during the President's Day sale.

Very quiet. Controls are a bit sensitive to touch but thays not necessarily a bad thing. Feels like a lot of space. Top 3rd rack moderately useful.

Have only had it a couple of weeks but so far, so good. It cleans and dries very well - could do a little better with the silverware….. And it is fairly quiet which is great! The only downside is the control panel is on the outside and I keep hitting the power button. Drives me nuts but dealing with it. And it’s hard to read the digital time display once you start a load.

This LG Quadwash dishwasher has been the best dishwasher purchase we’ve made .. ever! We never have to rinse our dishes, and the drying is magic - even a half Tupperware is dry at the end of the cycle. We can also do a top only or bottom only wash without having to have bought a machine with separate drawers, so there is no problem with doing a half wash and the height of the biggest dishes. The shelves are adjustable and there is a top third shelf for silverware or small items. Installation was quick, friendly and professional. Can definitely recommend this!

Cleans & dries well & easy to operate. It is much slower though than the machine it replaced (granted that was a Kitchenaid that cost over $1k), taking nearly 3 hours on auto. There is a turbo mode that I haven’t tried yet. We generally run it overnight so speed isn’t a big deal. The machine is quiet, maybe just a hair louder (if that) than the much more expensive Kitchenaid. Installation from Best Buy was fast & easy, though we did need to get a GCCI outlet installed which we were not aware of which the installation people charged an extra $125 for

Purchased open box to save $50. The stainless steel hose was all kinked up on unit but thankfully I had purchased an additional kit and used that. Also it didn’t come with kick plate or paperwork /manual so I have to look it up online. Not sure it saved me enough to factor in the issues above? Not enough uses to rate the cleaning cycles as of yet.

Your people who installed the dishwasher did not fix it to the frame of kitchen furniture . So the dishwasher is not stable . They should correct their mistake . I bought support from Bedtbuy so I would expect correction asap. Thanks

Not even 3 years in and the machine is already continuously breaking down. AE error codes started right after our warranty protection expired!

We purchased this dishwasher to replace our leaky Samsung dishwasher (for the love of god, avoid Samsung appliances) PROS: - Wash Quality: Does a great job washing the dishes. - Quiet Operation: It’s not silent, but it’s much quieter than our Samsung was. - Third Rack: Nice to be able to put silverware up there and not take up the extra room down below. CONS - Non-Existent Drying: This dishwasher DOES NOT dry your dishes. A rinse aid helps a little, but expect to have to keep your dishwasher open after it’s done to let them air dry. - Installation: The contractor Best Buy used for installation tried to upsell us on everything. Quite annoying as we already paid for installation. Overall, this dishwasher is fine. Not bad, but not great. Can’t comment on longevity yet as we’ve only had it for about a week.

I purchased this for my home elsewhere and haven't used the machine, but watched a video of the installers who ran the machine, (sent from my property mgr. who was there to accept the delivery.) She reported that they checked everywhere for leaks and it was good to go! For now I give it 4 stars for a successful 1st run of it. haha.. I will be better able to rate this new DW after someone is living there again. Also the installer called my property mgr. at my home 10am that morning and also called me in Hawaii (4am) to confirm his arrival. Very prompt service. I tried to post the video of them showing the aftermath of washing, but couldnl't.

So far everything is working the way it should. Make sure to place items in neatly to prevent lack of drying and water accumulation in dishes. I really like the space for utensils as well and that you can adjust the height of the racks.

Quiet and better than my Bosch. Of course my Bosch is about 20 years old, but for the price and features and how quiet it is, it's pretty, too!

I don’t go dishwasher shopping regularly; so my goal was pretty simple: find a quality, effective & stylish washer for an affordable price. This hits every mark. Coming from a Frigidaire nightmare, I had honestly forgotten that dishwashers can run quietly. I mean Verry quietly. And my dishes and cookware are clean now to a whole new standard. For $650 you get the basically all the features of the $1500 washers. I don’t know why in the world you would spend 3X the money for essentially the same thing.. I installed myself in 20 min, it was simple and well designed for easy installation. Zero complaints. Great appliance.

We recently moved and found the appliances in our new home all needed to be replaced. I went to Best Buy after checking their prices online and got the best bye possible on a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Service is impossible to beat. The prices were the best. Our installers were neat, polite, and went beyond to make sure that everything was absolutely perfect. Thanks so much to Forest & Kirk…. i’m always going to Best Buy first.

It’s good quality less work for me to wash my dishes

This LG Dishwasher is really good! everything comes out spotless and dry. It is very quiet. Has a good variety of cycle options. The control panel has a touch sensor on each button so you don't have a physical response when you press it, but you will hear a beep and the lights will turn on. This might take a little getting used to for someone with bad eyesight. Other than that I don't have any complaints.

Dishwasher is amazing , super quite with nice little chimes for each settings we cycles are done.

We love our new dishwasher. Does a great job and so quite. The installer was very thorough and professional.
