Defective part flooded my kitchen

The dishwasher didn't even make it 2 years without a defective part failing! Water flooded my kitchen floor under my cabinets before I discovered the leak.... FLOODED! LG customer service= no help. A replacement part is currently $88 from them. If I had a repair man come, that would have been an additional fee. I'm repairing it myself with a replacement part ordered from eBay & I'm done with LG. If you want a flooded kitchen, buy this dishwasher.

Ran one load and water leaked all over. Pulled it out to discover the drain hose was damaged (this is installed at the factory). Called Best Buy customer service who told me to call LG. LG sent me back to Best Buy. Finally got a rep to transfer me to parts. The part department is having “Technical Issues” all day, haven’t been able to speak with anyone. So I found the hose on EBAY and spent additional $$ on parts that should have been taken care of by BB or LG. Never again shopping for appliances from Best Buy.

GE dishwasher

I set up on Extra dry for 3 hours and 11 min, and still water is dripping all over the dishes. I just replace my 20 years GE dishwasher which it dries and wash perfectly, expecting much better service on this one, and I am little disappointed.

Same thing is broken. Stay away from this product. Probably my last Lg product purchase.

Happy with its function but has a faulty display.

The display that indicates the time was damaged from day one. Unfortunately i thought that it was normal until i saw the same dishwasher at an airbnb.

The dishes do not come out clean…ever. I always rinse them thoroughly and they never have dried food or funk. BUT they always come out just as dirty as they went in. I’ve used every single setting and the hottest water possible but it just sucks. Also not having a drying feature is awful. There’s no heating element so you just wait and wait and wait and the dishes never dry unless you open the door and put a fan on it. For the price, this is a piece of garbage.
