Bottom rack does not track well. It is loose and ungainly. Needs guidance tracks.

Have not used the appliance enough to determine rating. Although, connections should have come with the appliance.

Good looking and easy to use dishwasher; though the shelves/drawers are a bit "shaky" - not tough enough and felt "cheap".

This was the only dishwasher available at the time with the controls on the front of the unit. We like it a lot. Very quiet and seems to clean good.

Have had this dishwasher for only a month but so far very satisfied. Very quiet, great cleaning, and easy to work. Rack sizes are spacious and third rack for silverware is awesome.

Quite honestly disappointed, you would think in 2023 getting a dishwasher that washes well and dries your dishes would be simple. This dishwasher takes 3:35 hours to do a load of dishes, only the Heavy Cycle works well. This dishwasher often leaves dishes with the same particles that went into it. All the dishes need to be pre-rinsed of all food in order to get cleaned dishes in 3:35 hours. This machine also does not come with a Sanitize Cycle, in my opinion. This is part of my summer kitchen, so the dishwasher isn't used to often. However, when its time to use it, we often opt for hand washing. Our main kitchen has a different brand machine (Bosch) much superior to this. We use the same products in both machines, Finish Quantum and Finish Rinse Aid, hard pass on LG dishwasher in the future.

Top rack is great and gives us many more options with a filled dishwasher. This dishwasher is quiet and has many options.

It’s a little louder than I expected for the price, and it can sometimes leave the dishes smelling like they were not fully cleaned. Otherwise, ok…

On May 28th this dishwasher was installed. It sounds pretty quiet when they ran a short wash cycle. I hope that when I do use it - it's all good or great!

This new unit is awesome. After the first use dishes were clean and dry. I would recommend this one for sure. The only thing I can find wrong is that the buttons are sensitive to the touch and the wash cycles take 2hrs.

Love the look and the pocket door. Going to love having the third rack. Haven't gotten it hooked up yet. But can't wait. Have had a good business with Best Buy so far. Didn't rate all 5 stars just because I haven't used it yet.
