After using dishwashers that did a complete job, including drying the dishes, we were disappointed by the performance of this unit. The washing part is okay, but it is impossible to get the dishes dry. I made several calls to LG, but all they could say was to use extra dry and overnight dry (or whatever they call it). Finally, one LG agent said most new dishwashers do not have the heating element found in older dishwashers. Even with both drying options activated, when we opened the door we found the dishes and all interior surfaces covered with water, as if someone had just hosed down the inside. We returned it. Side note: The number of cycles and options is ridiculous. An "Auto" mode supposedly decides what the best cleaning method is. If that works, why are there so many other options? A "delicate" setting is for "fine china and stemware." What did people do before this setting was available? I suspect few modern homeowners have fine china.

Quiet machine, cleans well. Adjustable racks a bonus.

Th top rack provides ample room for small or flat items that usually rattle around during the wash cycle. Quiet operation is a plus because our kitchen and family room are next to each other.

Still learning how to load effectively but so far it’s working great. Fairly long run time for a normal load but dishes are clean.

I am enjoying the dishwasher. Very quiet and easy to use. Lots of useable space. Love the adjustable shelves

This dishwasher has a great set up with the 3 racks and an additional silverware rack you can add in addition to the 3rd rack if you have a party or a lot of silverware.

Much better cat cleaning dishes than previous DW. Can stuff it full and things still come out clean, previous one could only be filled halfway to get things clean.

It does the job well when its working! Within year and half had to do two services both pertaining to control panel. First time the handle broke, literally cracked open had to get it replaced. Now again the control panel is behaving weird and it's making a noise when we start the machine and lights on panel do disco dance... literally! We are scheduled to get this repaired, but the control panel quality is not good at all.

Having had a Bosch for eight years without any problems until the door would not stay lached, etc. we decided to go with a product that could offer parts if needed. However, the racks seem flimsy, our tall glasses can not go on the top racks, and it will not dry unless you push the dry button. Am disappointed. Bosch is outstanding.

As expected, a quiet wash. Satisfied with this product. It does still leave dry soap spots on dishes

We actually like the 3rd rack. Wish it were 1” deeper to accommodate spatulas but still use it alot. Still learning all of the different settings. Super quiet!!

I absolutely love my new dishwasher. The only issue is that there is a slight odor prior to starting the wash cycle.
