You cannot hear this dishwasher until it drains and it is so easy to use! I would recommend this dishwasher and we are so pleased that after using the old one for 19 years, we finally got a new one!

I wish I would've looked at it more closely. The third rack is designed in such a way that it's shape limits what you can use it for. In my old dishwasher I could easily fit most cookie sheets/baking pans up there to take up less space below, but the way this rack is designed it really can't hold much. And the bottom rack could've used an extra row or two of prongs as there's a lot of wasted space down there that could've been used to hold more dishes. Even the placement of the utensil bin in the back seems poorly thought out as it limits what you can use the prongs beside it for. This dishwasher isn't really designed that well layout wise. I'd recommend looking at other washers.

The buttons on the front are very sensitive and not my favorite. It doesnt have the thin q suport that my other LG products have and thats too bad. It has some pretty loud moments in a otherwise quiet cycle. Its pretty good but very expensive for what you get.

I prefer to take out the normal flatware cubby and use the extra room at the bottom. Also the height adjustable 2nd rack is nice.

It functions as a dishwasher and does a good job. The racks are okay, but some of the adjustable ones don't stay in place very well. Worst thing about this unit, though is the front control buttons. It takes barely any pressure to activate the buttons. Even when locked, if you barely touch the power button in mid-cycle, it will shut all the way off and you have to start it all over again. Nothing in between. The sounds on the buttons are irritating, too. Do not install this in an area where people are likely to be hanging out in the kitchen and leaning on the counter. Needs caution tape around it while it's running. Very frustrating.

Our LG is super quiet and has a third shelf. We like the LED display which tells us when the wash cycle is done. Very pleased. Recommended.
