My rating for this new one is so-so. It does clean the dishes well, but the spacing between the rack tines is either too wide or too narrow, which makes it hard to use the space efficiently—and as a result, I end up hand-washing more items. Also, since it doesn’t have a fan-assisted drying feature, the dishes are never completely dry, and I always have to wipe off the remaining water with a towel. I chose a model advertised as quiet, but the noise is still noticeable, so I tend to run it when I’m not nearby. That said, let me repeat—the dishes do come out clean.

They are inconsistent at best when it comes to cleaning and will often stop eith some random error code. The latch to secure the door is not solid causing high amounts of moisture to escape during the drying process. The display bar across the top broke after a month and the only waybwe could find out if it was covered under warranty was a $150 gamble on a service call. Save the headaches and time spend rewashing dishes by looking at a different brand.

The only complaint i have and didn't realize that this was a thing but, if you have cheap glass, this dishwasher will crack it. Also, it will etched Tupperware. Again, buy the gigher end stuff and that should acoid the issues, because ts really powerful, which is a good thing

The machine is reasonably quiet and the dishes come out clean. It dries well but plastic containers don’t fully dry. The dish washer has a good selection of settings. The upper rack doesn’t slide very smoothly but other than that no issues and would recommend.

The appearance is excellent. Compared to our prior dishwasher, we are have some trouble learning how to load dishes. The spacing of the plate holders in the lower rack is a little large which allows or plate to lean over, and the upper rack has no mechanism to hold wince glasses.
