I am very satisfied, and every time I use it, I feel like I made a good purchase. Super quiet and several options make it easier to do dishes. The salesman was very friendly, and the technician who installed the dishwasher was also very friendly.

I wasn’t very happy at first. You received a wish that couldn’t properly dry your dishes completely. I phoned Best Buy Geek Squad for help and I’m told my warranty expired with them and I would need to call the manufacturer. I asked when did my warranty expire I’ve had the dryer for 8 days. She couldn’t tell me. I finally gave up with rep with Best Buy and called LG. Super nice rep and listened to my concern. Rep tells me you need to use liquid washing and the liquid rinse and I will guarantee this will work. First thing out my mouth was you guarantee this will work! Yep I do. I got off the phone went to the store about everything liquid as she suggested. Two hours late I had completely dried sparkling dishes. Thank you LG for your awesome support and customer service!

Not even 3 years in and the machine is already continuously breaking down. AE error codes started right after our warranty protection expired!

I replaced my old beat up dishwasher with this beautiful sleek new stainless dishwasher. It has the extra rack for your convenience. I love it. Would recommend 100%.

Item was not as described, the front controls panel has no LG logo, the top door panel has no Direct drive logo, the front time display is not clear you need to look at from a distance to be able to read it. In general the machine functions as described quiet and good cleaning quality.

I would rate this dishwasher 0/5 if I could. We’ve had it just over two years (this month) and had to replace the motherboard twice now. We use it every other day, clean the filters, replace the rinse helper, etc. we don’t put pots and pans in, only regular dishes and baby bottles. I would never recommend this dishwasher to anyone, even my worst enemy. It has been nothing but issues and they won’t even fix their own manufacturing mistakes now that it’s had to been fixed multiple times (same issue). Even their own repair person told us multiple times they would never buy this brand and all they do is fix this brand. Guess it’s good job security for them!

This washer is great. It gets dishes clean every time. It’s very quiet. Does not use a lot of energy or water to operate. I recommend to my friends

We purchased this dishwasher to replace our leaky Samsung dishwasher (for the love of god, avoid Samsung appliances) PROS: - Wash Quality: Does a great job washing the dishes. - Quiet Operation: It’s not silent, but it’s much quieter than our Samsung was. - Third Rack: Nice to be able to put silverware up there and not take up the extra room down below. CONS - Non-Existent Drying: This dishwasher DOES NOT dry your dishes. A rinse aid helps a little, but expect to have to keep your dishwasher open after it’s done to let them air dry. - Installation: The contractor Best Buy used for installation tried to upsell us on everything. Quite annoying as we already paid for installation. Overall, this dishwasher is fine. Not bad, but not great. Can’t comment on longevity yet as we’ve only had it for about a week.

I have always owned Whirlpool everything however the price wasn’t in my budget so I went with LG and it is awesome, so quiet, gets the job done right. I highly recommend this model, awesome design

Extremely quiet when running. Various settings allow for maximum efficiency. Doesn't matter if a maximum load or half a load there is a setting for it.

This LG dishwasher is awesome!! Super easy install! I've run it twice so far and its so quiet. It has excellent features and settings and looks so great! Very impressed!!
