Thus far this item is exactly wat was needed. Dishwasher is quite and we enjoy the controls

This is my first LG dishwasher & I'm very happy with this dishwasher. I was a Whirlpool only owner, but not any longer. This has out performed my last 2 Whirlpool dishwasher. I also have an LG refrigerator which I'm also very happy. Next LG will be a new stove.

This dishwasher is so much more efficient than our previous washer, however, there seems to be a little less space for dishes having that extra tray at the top. The drying of the dishes seems to be lacking as well. Not a huge deal because the machine runs quiet, it’s effective, and seems to save on electricity. Time will tell at the end of this year how much we actually saved. One other gripe I have are the touch controls. They are a bit too sensitive and I always seem to turn the dang thing on when I close the door. Overall, a real good dishwasher for what you’re paying for.

Nice product, but the drain hose has a covering on it, and I had to cut my cabinet more to make it fit. Little difficult to put in, but still nice.

This dishwasher is so quiet I don’t even know it’s running and it really does a great job of cleaning the dishes.

This is a replacement for an old Whirlpool. It is quiet. It seems to work fine. It feels that it holds fewer dishes and bowls. I have a family of 5 so we go through a lot of dishes.

It’s quiet and cleans well but my favorite feature is the fact that you can clean out the bottom if it gets gunky. My old dishwasher, small food particles would get caught in the jet sprays, and there was no way to clean them out. This one catches all of the food or any thing that’s too large to go through the bottom, with a simple twist and pull I can pull out the filter, rinse it out and put it back in . It keeps the dishes clean and they come out sparkling. I also love the extra 3rd rack on top for knifes. I bought this one online without looking at it, and I was very pleasantly pleased would definitely recommend recommend.

So far, so good. I've only used it a few times. Doesn't seem to dry everything enough, but I haven't use all the settings as of yet. It is quiet, but takes a long time to run it's course.Not a big deal for me.

The LG dishwasher is very user-friendly. Dishwasher is also very quiet and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new dishwasher.

It is the first time I use LG Dishwasher, I think it is a good product , and it is very easy to use. it's so quiet at 48dBA that I don't hear any when it’s running. it does a great job for cleaning , I like it a lot.

I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and selected their installation service, which was outsourced to Envision Contracting. I had already paid a flat fee upfront for what was supposed to be a straightforward installation, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The installer immediately started pressuring me to proceed with extras, even though I expressed concerns. They then sprung an extra $250 charge on me out of nowhere—nothing about this was disclosed beforehand in any quotes, emails, or discussions. When I objected, they outright refused to complete the installation unless I paid the additional amount right then, holding the job hostage under duress. They turned off my power to the entire house and resetting all of my appliances costing me $250 in food waste. To add insult to injury, the installer didn't even come prepared with basic tools and supplies. They ended up using my own towels, flashlight, and other household items because they lacked the necessary equipment. The actual work was subpar, messy dirty, unbalanced. Despite the flat fee I paid, I felt completely ripped off with these hidden costs and lack of professionalism. Envision Contracting offered no accountability, no follow-up, and no resolution afterward. This has shattered my confidence in Best Buy's partnered services. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Envision Contracting—opt for a reliable provider to avoid this kind of coercive, unprepared, and costly ordeal. Easy solution include hidden costs in your initial service instead of false advertising.

Great Dishwasher! Easy to install and washes the dishes fantastic. We are very happy with this purchase.

The washer is good looking and has good quality racks. In most cases the turbo cycle is good enough for a normal to heavy load. Which should be efficient and save water. Not very quiet as expected but with shorter cleaning cycles it should work out fine.

I love this dishwasher. It's a beast at cladding, it's hot a nice and roomy interior, the third rack is amazing for our large family. Subtracting a star because regular heated dry could be better.

This dishwasher has worked well. It replaced a Bosch that lasted 18 years. This one is quieter, but has sounds like water running that seem louder than the Bosch. It gets the dishes clean and we like the third shelf for spatulas and large knives. Overall very happy.

I'm still learning how to use it for the best results. The third drawer for larger utensils needs to be metal. The tray is plastic, and one of the tiny divider prongs broke during the wash cycle. I really like the stainless steel interior.

I think we made a good choice on the LG dishwasher; so far it has met all expectations. So quiet cannot tell it is operating!
