It does a decent job drying the dishes without a heating element. I think this makes it safer for plastics. I don't think it does as good a job cleaning dried-on food as my previous (GE) dishwasher. I recommend getting a service plan as the control board required replacement in just over 2 years.

washes fine, many wash features and settings, downloaded programs, turbo wash which is much quicker with less time required, dishes come out clean and spot free, however the unit does not have a heating element for the dry cycles and it dries by condensation fanning taking several hours and leaves much condensation and wet dishes. the unit does not dry well.

It's well built unit and overall satified. One caveat is that it takes overnight to dry 90% but never get 100% dried.

We have owned GE, Bosch, and Maytag dishwashers and find this LG to be the best so far. It washes thoroughly, doesn't make a lot of noise and has a turbo cycle that finishes in 1 hour. It also was priced reasonably. We have found that price does not reflect quality or dependability. We especially like the 3rd rack. We can take out the silverware basket and have more room for dishes and pots. Since we turn it on before bed, the Turbo cycle works well for us. It finishes in 60 minutes and everything is dry even though Turbo does not have a dry cycle. Very pleased.

Looks nice and runs very quietly, especially compared to the one it replaced. Still learning all the features but definitely pleased with the purchase, so far!

We have been using the dishwasher for a few weeks now and it has been great. The dishwasher is quiet, efficient and has done a great job washing the dishes. I have used liquid dishwasher soap and the spot free rinse and my dishes have come out dry and cleaned every time.

Terrible experience!!!! Beware of Best Buy’s installers. I paid for the dishwasher, the installation fees, haul away fee and extended warranty which brought me to $1000. They come deliver and install it and after they’ve ripped out my other one, they say, oh we will need to charge and additional $400 to install an outlet. I felt stuck so agreed. Fast forward, it smells like it’s on fire and then trips the circuit. My 20 year old dishwasher never tripped it once. I report it and ask for a professional who knows how to properly do electrical and they send the same guy who says, the dishwasher was a lemo new one will be fine. My house could burn down and they say we can refund you only for the dishwasher and you’ll need to take off for the third day to let us come get the dishwasher. Horrible experience!!!!

Just what we needed to replace the dishwasher that had died

Product seems to be great in all areas except for drying. It doesnt dry our dishes and has tons of water left behind every time we use it. Not sure why but weve tried everything and the dishes still come out wet on the top rack especially.

It cleans well, but it is louder than we expected. The bottom rack needs more crossbars. Our lighter square shaped dishes turn and hit the bottom washer arm. We are having to put zip ties down there to fix it. The top utensil rack is great. One other thing to know, this is a very deep unit. It was a tight fit. Not much room for the water and drain hoses behind it. All that being said, it does clean very well and we are happy with it overall.

This dishwasher is the roomiest and quietest dishwasher I've ever used! I love the adjustable rack as well as the silverware/utensil top rack that is just perfect for extra spatulas, large serving spoons, etc. I had to get the hang of the different way it works, though; it uses Jet Dry and very little heat to dry the dishes at the end of the cycle. I get beautifully clean and dry glassware, dishes, and bowls. I'd say it takes a bit longer than my last dishwasher to run, but it does a much better job of cleaning. Would definitely recommend!

We could not be happier with our product and with our experience. The gentleman who did the install was beyond polite and knowledgeable. My daughter was constantly watching and asking him questions, and he was just as sweet as he could be to her. He was amazing.

The L G dishwasher does a good job cleaning the dishes but the drying leaves a little to be desired.

Still great. I have no issues yet. Looks good in the kitchen and the sound is good.

WOW! Our previous dish machine died and we wanted a nice machine. This model rivals units that cost several hundred dollars more. Easy to install Easy to use Dishes are spotless Third rack is amazing

Really pretty dishwasher. Easy loading and appears to do a good job of washing the dishes. I also like the small top drawer where I put plastic lids etc. I find the electronic controls to be easy to use, but very sensitive (I often have to push the power button multiple times as I have turned it on and then accidentally turned it off). It could do a better job during the dry cycle.

I absolutely love this dishwasher. Having the 3rd rack is amazing, especially having small pump parts.

Great new dishwasher especially with the extra drawer for pullout...took a little longer than we were expecting before it finally arrived.

We love it, the color and third rack. We also love the little singing tune it plays when it’s done
