So far, this appliance has worked well for me. It cleans my dishes thoroughly. I like the look of it. I wish the utensil basket wasn't located in the back of the bottom rack. That has been an adjustment I have had to make. The 2nd rack is adjustable & that is a nice feature, allowing more clearance for larger items/stemware. The 3rd rack is nice, but items have to lie fairly flat, otherwise it doesn't close properly. The cycle indicator light is AMAZING. It gives you a time remaining display while it is running & reads "END" when it is done.

This dishwasher gets our dishes very clean. It is the quietest dishwasher that I have ever been around. Outstanding features. The small drawer on top is great for large kitchen / grill utensils. Thank you Best Buy!

Does a great job getting dishes clean. Lots of cycle possibilities - we mostly use the auto cycle though. Overnight dry is helpful, since we mostly set it before going to bed.

Very quite and gets dishes clean but dying cycle is not efficient or effective.

Great Product from LG and very good Quality and super Quiet. My last one was a lot louder Easy to install. If you want a great product you may have to pay a little more but is worth it.

I love the 3rd rack! It's so helpful in putting more flatware and knives, even some of the measuring cups. It's very quiet, well except when it's filling. It doesn't have an annoying ding, but sort of sings. I love that I can load different wash modes. The middle rack also has sections that can fold down to accomodate bigger cups or what not. It does have extra drying time, but as I've always ran into, plastic does not dry well.

We needed a new dishwasher for several reasons. This met all our wants. The only issue is it still does not dry plastic, even with the extra drying. Also, if leaned on, it is really easy to accidentally start. A quick touch on the power button stops that. Overall, happy with purchase.

Looks nice, washes fine but louder than i thought. The top rack is great to line up silverware for an all over clean. I bought it and the LG monitoring was already outdated and unavailable smh

We are very pleased with the dishwasher so far. Very quiet and the everything comes out clear and dry especially with the overnight dry function in combination with the dry rinse

Excellent value. For reviews that complain about drying, please read instructions - moisture is not vented unless overnight setting is pressed to save energy - not an issue if emptying immediately, but moisture will condense in several hours if not emptied,, and dishes will be wet. Similarly, installer must raise rear of machine against cabinet top (screw behind front panel), and then level front against that setting, or error will appear indicating not level. Following directions, two of these have functioned perfectly. Highly recommended.

Don't like the front control, every time anyone leans against the counter it beeps and goes on. The top rack is a waste, doesn't hold ladles, big spoons, anything you can't fit in the utility tray. the utility tray dividers tops can't be removed, they just flip up so if you already have utensils inserted you can't flip it up for big handled items.

Satisfied with this product, runs very quiet. I would recommend this dishwasher

This dishwasher is very quiet and washes pretty well. I have noticed it does NOT dry very well. Even with the extra dry feature I always have water left inside the machine. I've been leaving the door slightly open after I remove the dishes so it will dry out. I also have to dry off some of my dishes the following morning after using it at night. The dishwasher is nice looking and easy to use. I like the extra third rack on the very top for kitchen tools.

Installed unit just over a month ago, packaging was well thought out for protection of unit and ease of access during prep for install. The dishwasher looks great, installed and adjusted easily, runs VERY quiet!

Dishwasher is quieter than what I had before from Maytag and feels much better quality. However the dish’s still do not clean completely and require one to pre-rinse in sink before adding to dishwasher. This was also the same issue with the previous one so I guess is a common issue within this price range. I have had this for leads than a month so will post an update once I get to use it over a period of time.
