This dishwasher works so much better than our old model and we love the top rack for silverware. Things get so clean!

Best buy installed this unit for me. The team ran a power line and connected the hoses. They arrived early finished early also.

Bestbuy and delivery people were awesome. Very quiet solid basic operation. Despite the claim on machine, no wifi connctivity. Drying doesn't completely happen, set for extra drying if you don't feel like wiping off. Third rack on top is a waste. It does not clean nor dry. Mediocre machine but pretty and eye pleasing. My whole kitchen line was LG so I need to roll with this. Knowing what I know now, I would opt for something else.

This has been installed for over a month. No issues. The dishwasher is quiet and the Black Stainless Steel looks great in the kitchen. Overall I am satisfied with this product.

This dishwasher holds more because it has a shallow top rack that holds small items and large utensils. Lots of options in the cycle choice and pretty quiet.

Works great always gets the dishes clean does not allow the dishes to dry is the only drawback you do have to open it to let them air dry

The dishwasher appears to be doing a good job but we have already had an error code after 1 month stating a kinked hose. Probably during installation. Have had a lot of problems getting geek squad back out to fix and have been told that our manufacturing warranty will go away because we called the squad not the manufacturer. Doesn’t make sense and not very happy.

I am a fan of Lg and best buy did a great job in getting contractors do perform a smooth installation . This is my 2nd Lg dishwasher and what other place to buy electronic products from but best buy ..

THE FIRST ONE WAS DELIVERED CRACKED. IT WAS INSTALLED AND I'M WAITING FOR THE NEW ONE. THIS ONE IS WORKING AND I LIKE HOW IT WORKS. LOOKING FORWARD TO RECEIVING THE NEW UNDAMAGED UNIT.

Replaced my old LG with this one. Previous one lasted 10 years. I was going to get another brand (rated quieter than this) but it was too tall to fit. Be sure to check your opening's EXACT height! Anyway, decent bang for the buck.

It works great. I cannot install smart use to phone.

So far so good, replaced our bosch and was worried it may not work as well but its been fine, i do like the 3rd rack a lot

My biggest issue with this dishwasher is the waythe baskets are set up. I find it awkward placement setup in the dishwasher. The middle rack is not tall enough for tall glasses or wine glasses et and there are no wine glass fasteners to keep in place. The silver basket handle gets on the way of silverware use. Otherwise i like the dishwasher. It seems to clean well. Drying isnt always the best unless dry cycle is chosen. The cycles for drying seem to be excessively long.

Does dishwashy things. Heck of an appliance to leave my grubby finger prints on for my wife to find

Doesn’t clean as well as old unit even with the same exact detergent as we used in old unit. Thought we’d spend a couple more bucks to get the stainless tub along with the other features like the 48 db. motor wich is very quiet. Another thing is quality control, after installing,we noticed water in the unit that was rancid. If it was tested for leaks at assembly,they should have been a little more conscience to remove remaining water. Although just about everything else on the market has a lot less quality than years gone by,we’ve decided to leave it in as uninstalling it and getting a refund is more of a hassle than it’s worth.

Wow l love it I purchased my home 2010. All my appliances came from Sears. I had him Maytag dishwasher which I love that too. All my appliances were white I wanted to go to stainless steel as I wait for each item to have problems. the Maytag start leaking dishwasher so I purchase a stainless steel LG love my dishwasher quiet and peace by peace I’m going LG
