I didn’t think I would use the top 3rd rack but to my surprise I do. The noise level is so quite compared to my old one. As for drying you should use Jersey!

So far I’m pretty happy with my purchase. The dishwasher is very quiet and does a good job cleaning the dishes. It doesn’t do the best job drying at normal, but it has an extra dry setting which improves the drying.

The topmost shelf had issues opening and closing. Having best buy swap it out this weekend for the same one. I will say this unit is very very quite and love the profile. Hopefully, when the new one arrives, it does not have the same issues as the initial unit.

Gets my dishes to look showroom clean, and the glasses are beautifully sparkling. Pots and pans fit great, also look brand new now. The third level gets the utensils so clean. The hand washing I did never got my dishes this clean, no matter how long I scrubbed with hot water and Dawn.

It has a variety of options for placement of items, including sections that fold down and up. It also has a third rack that is great for spatulas, and tops of traveling cups. It is extremely quiet when running, and cleans the dishes very well. I would highly recommend this dishwasher.
