Shortly after installed, I tried to return it or exchange it because the dishes stink like rot. Neither Best Buy or the manufacturer took responsibility. I’m currently - while Inget bounced around for months- stuck with this dishwasher that gets turned on by the slight accidental touch when we walk by, makes dishes stink, does not wash them properly, and has multiple hours cycle. I don’t see any pros for this one, just cons. All dishes are fully wet after cycle - and extra dry- is over.

Love the third top rack. Only complaint I have for this unit is the drying, or the lack thereof. I compared many units and wanted a dishwasher that would dry better than my old one. Well, the description said it was a heated element dry. This DOES NOT have a heating element. Uses the rinse aid a heat from the water to dry dishes. Water just sits upon any tupperware or anything that can hold water. Would have 5 stars if this had a better drying system.

Dishes and silverware along with inside still damp and wet. Working through kinks hopefully gets better. Just ran 3 cycles will give it more time.

The silver wear drawer is genius. The delivery and installation was awesome as well. We just moved in the house and noticed that the old OLD ooold dishwasher (it had nobs) was draining into the sink. Ends up that was because the garbage disposal was installed improperly by the pervious owner. They fixed the disposal free of charge.

Controls are a bit hard to see (dark) so it needs a very well lit space to be in. Maybe future designs could have the control panel slightly angled for easier viewing.

Otherwise works great and looks very nice.
