Most say the installer that was used, Ky Nelson, was the best! There was an issue with our first dishwasher so we had to put in a new one. We had no problem at all with Best Buy getting a new one right away. Working great!

Some of the plastic objects were somewhat wet but when I use "Extra Dry" that seems to solve that problem. I'm not sure it takes 3 hours to wash and dry the dishes but that is what it shows. But it does do a good job. Like the extra tray on top to clean the utensils.

And if you don’t empty the dishwasher when it’s done. Ya have to dry by hand. And you have to take them Out soon. Or they start stinking. So ya have to re wash.

It seems to clean the dishes very well and is alot quieter than our old dishwasher. I don't really care for the 3rd rack though. Seems like wasted space.

The only drawback is the detergent holder cover doesn't click into it's space all the time.

I installed it myself and it was very easy to level. Much easier than others I have installed previously. It gets the dishes squeaky clean.

Also leaves water drops on the inner racks and door. But the dishes and glasses are dry and not water spotted ?? Very puzzling.
