When this dishwasher works, it works great and cleans the dishes well .. however this has broken FOUR times in the short 15 months that I've had this. Each time the LG repair guy comes out they change the same thing...the control panel and the door latch. The one time the even replaced the mother board. I've fought with LG and they will NOT refund me because the product needs to break THREE TIMES within 3 months. They don't back their product and even both repair guys say the dishwashers are junk...stear clear from LG ..don't buy this brand

I had a Bosch before this and prefer the LG and the quality of the cleaning. Bosch is a lot of hype but not really impressive. They are quiet! But they do not clean or dry very well!

I called and made an appt with Geek Squad and this gentleman really was so kind and helpful with his instructions. So now I love my new dish washer!!!

Gave 4 stars because not thrilled about the lower rack not staying g on the track and the separators falling.
