After my last dishwasher, I was not too optimistic but this one has exceeded expectations. It's quite, roomy, and the dishes come out clean. Also Best Buy deliveray and installation was timely and effecient.

Lg charges $350 min to come out and fix it. Supposedly parts are still under warranty but it is unclear how to claim the parts warranty without lg coming fix it. If you do buy make sure to pay for the extended warranty. It did a decent job cleaning when it worked but is nothing special.

For guidance, find the circuit breaker in your electrical panel that controls the power supply to your LG dishwasher. Flip the breaker to the "off" position. Allow the dishwasher to sit without power for about 10 seconds. Flip the breaker back to the "on" position. Turn on the dishwasher and attempt to start a cycle to ensure the problem is resolved. Was supposed to have a delivery with install 4/9. They came to deliver and the entire front of the dishwasher was dented in. Called the next day to reschedule for 4/16. Today is 4/15 and even though i received an email confirming the appointment, the app doesnt show anything and tells me to schedule an appointment. Called them today and apparently I have no appointment tomorrow. They rescheduled AGAIN for 4/25 (now a month out from purchase and a $250 installation fee) and I suspect the same thing will happen because even though i received an email that it is scheduled, the app is still asking me to schedule a delivery (which doesn’t work). I asked if i could just cancel the order and reorder, but apparently it is “shipped” so I cannot do that either. They also convinced me to join total tech when I purchased, but have yet to price match me despite my app showing the product for $100 cheaper than I purchased it for. I’ve asked three customer service reps and been met with an excuse every time.

Love my dishwasher

Can run this without turning up the volume on the tv in the living room. We can have a conversation in the kitchen without having to raise our voices. Love it. It is easy to use and cleans well.

I've never had a dishwasher with a 3rd rack, so I must say, it's pretty handy. Also, the regular top rack is adjustable in height (a few inches). The fingerprint-resistant stainless steel is also nice. So far, no problems!

I have run the dishwasher on normal and auto and it does not clean. It does not matter if the dishes have been rinsed first or not, and it still does not clean. If I had not had to pay so much for a plumber to install it, I would return it. I am not really sure how I will live with this thing for the next few years.
