The top utensil rack is really helpful for items such as spatulas and long carving knives

This thing is louder than my old Whirlpool. Between the water running and draining the motor starting and stopping, It's the only thing I can hear clearly upstairs on the opposite end of the house. the entire back side is covered in sound deadening material but really it need sound proofing up front in the door and bottom portion which is a huge design flaw. The "Whisper Quiet" claim is a huge misrepresentation and borderline lie! I feel disrespected as a consumer and LG Brand enthusiast.

I was limited in choices due to installing hardwood floors without changing cabinets. Fit perfectly. Works great. Love the adjustable racks, ensuring all the dishes fit in.

I thought this would be a good compromise replacement for my GE Profile. Sadly, it is not a good compromise at all. It is smaller and the racks feel flimsy. I did not think I would miss the features of my old washer, but I do. The cycles take forever on this unit and there is not heated drying which is much more of an issue than I thought it would be. Also no sanitize (my bad I missed that in description) If I had bought a base model dishwasher, I would not be any less impressed.

Quiet unit satisfied with performance

The unit is quiet and in auto mode has cleaned everything very well. You do need to remember the top silverware tray does not have dedicated sprays. You can easily block access of spray to items there.
