When it comes to cleaning, 5 stars! The only thing that drives me nuts is the positioning of the prongs on the racks. I cannot for the life of me find a good way to wash pans on the bottom rack. If I could, I would replace the top and bottom racks with better functioning ones. I do really enjoy the top 3rd row for knives and large utensils, it gets them clean and keeps them out of the way. There are a lot of cleaning options and the cycles are fairly quick. I haven’t used any of the mobile features, they aren’t very necessary to me. I also really like the overnight dry feature.

Our 30 year old Kenmore finally broke down. We recently purchased an LG fridge and are very happy with it so I decided to go with this dishwasher. It works really well for the price point except for drying of the dishes.

I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and selected their installation service, which was outsourced to Envision Contracting. I had already paid a flat fee upfront for what was supposed to be a straightforward installation, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The installer immediately started pressuring me to proceed with extras, even though I expressed concerns. They then sprung an extra $250 charge on me out of nowhere—nothing about this was disclosed beforehand in any quotes, emails, or discussions. When I objected, they outright refused to complete the installation unless I paid the additional amount right then, holding the job hostage under duress. They turned off my power to the entire house and resetting all of my appliances costing me $250 in food waste. To add insult to injury, the installer didn't even come prepared with basic tools and supplies. They ended up using my own towels, flashlight, and other household items because they lacked the necessary equipment. The actual work was subpar, messy dirty, unbalanced. Despite the flat fee I paid, I felt completely ripped off with these hidden costs and lack of professionalism. Envision Contracting offered no accountability, no follow-up, and no resolution afterward. This has shattered my confidence in Best Buy's partnered services. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Envision Contracting—opt for a reliable provider to avoid this kind of coercive, unprepared, and costly ordeal. Easy solution include hidden costs in your initial service instead of false advertising.

Be sure to order correctly the first time, checking if top controls are compatible with your counter top. I had to return dishwasher and reorder a dishwasher with front controls. CONS: 1. We had to remove the silverware divider/rack because it’s too hard and time-consuming to take out each piece of silverware 2. The bottom rack for bowls and dishes is a bit small. 3. I’m very upset and confused that the detergent holder/dispenser didn’t open (so far, once). We ended up with all the dirty/greasy dishes and silverware unloaded and put away, (because we didn’t check the dispenser before unloading.) It was stuck closed. We’ll check for sure from now on. PS. We use liquid, not pods, so there’s really no reason for its sticking. PROS: 1.The TURBO setting becomes a convenient QUICK/LIGHT wash by pressing on it for 3-4 seconds. 2. The stainless steel is beautiful. Because of all above, I’ve read the entire manual. I would buy this dishwasher again. But if the dispenser continues to stick, I’ll call Geek Squad repair. The Protection insurance is worth the money, but Best Buy TRULY needs to improve their phone service for appointments. It’s horrible, time-consuming, dropped calls, then a cancellation! Better to let the in-store GS do everything.

Dishwasher is great. Very quiet. Cleans very well.

I’m glad I purchased my third LG large appliance. All three (washer/dryer, refrigerator, and the dishwasher) work beautifully. My dishes are perfectly clean and dry (when using the overnight drying option). I don’t even have to scrape my dishes as the washer takes care of it all. I would definitely recommend this appliance to others.

This dishwasher is so quiet I don’t even know it’s running and it really does a great job of cleaning the dishes.

TLDR: A good dishwasher The dishwasher does a good job cleaning. The stainless steel tub means the heat management within the dishwasher is very good. It has three rows. The top rack is very tiny and can only hold spoons and ladles. The second rack is adjustable. We have loaded the dishwasher fully and have got very good results with respect to cleaning and drying. It is not the quietest dishwasher I have used nor is it very loud. Overall satisfied with the purchase for the price tag.
