Metal body on the inside, top draw for silverware, also set and forget auto functions ... buyer beware, known main drive motor failure with this model. I returned my new unit and got it replaced, as the issue popped up on first use. other users report the issue after 2 years of use, so buy the warranty. the product does work amazingly !!!

We tried to purchase a dishwasher from Lowe’s, the experience was awful. Then we went to Home Depot..we were told they would be with us in 5 minutes..that didn’t happen. Since Best Buy was right down the corner we decided to try them. From walking into the door to walking out n 45 minutes with paperwork for this dishwasher!! Love it…just wish the cycles were shorter and they drying was better.

Drys great, but bad bottom rack
