It's well built unit and overall satified. One caveat is that it takes overnight to dry 90% but never get 100% dried.

Omar and his partner did an amazing job bringing in and installing our dishwasher. He even went above and beyond and cut and added our new flooring underneath (the flooring people did not remove the dishwasher when installing, it was just the subfloor).

At first I could not understand why a dishwasher cost so much. Then I ran it for the first time! It was so quiet! I actually got up and check to make sure it was running. The top pull out tray if perfect for Yeti lids!!

So far, I like the dishwasher, definitely utilize the control lock option, because simply leaning up against it, will cancel a cycle. I like that the soap holders are deeper than others, so it cannot hold an entire pod of detergent. The heated dry settings can definitely melt plastic, so be careful I like the turbo wash Option. I like that the racks are adjustable in height. So far so good.

We love the dishwasher’s quiet efficiency. We’re especially pleased with the third upper rack, the adjustable middle rack, and the quad wash system. Professional installation was a breeze.

This is a amazing dishwasher. Easy to install ( we did it ourselves) . Washes and cleans the dishes great . Dries amazing . I love the little chime when it’s done . I would recommend this dishwasher.

Overall were satisfied with our choice. Runtimes seem long but is very quiet.

The dishwasher is a good dishwasher. The big problem we had was the removal folks showed up days before the install team. Getting updates from the store is impossible because you can’t call the store. We had to drive to the store to talk with someone.

Works as it should. No problems so far. Good price.

Washes dishes well.. it could do a better job of drying them and the instruction to level it for install could be a bit better, but other than that, it works well and was a very competitive price

LG changes their warranty & edits their online pdf manuals! LG claimed a 2 year warranty for racks but I kept my printed manual and it says 5 YEARS. See photos. Racks rusted very quickly, maybe 18 months. I had to send these photos to LG before they would honor the warranty. After 3 ½ years the pump motor went bad. Best to get an extended service plan for LG junk appliances. DIY repair takes 10 minutes after pulling unit out and laying it on it's back. I offered to send old pump in exchange for new one and accept a voided warranty. LG refused, but that's standard procedure. RIGHT TO REPAIR laws!

Great new dishwasher especially with the extra drawer for pullout...took a little longer than we were expecting before it finally arrived.

Excellent product. Very quiet and have found the 3rd shelf very usefull despite thinking we would not use it.

Had this for a little over a month and it washes dishes so well!! It’s super quiet and there are more functions that I’d probably ever use in it. The added bonus is the stainless steel interior and the third rack at the top. Lastly the second shelf is adjustable which helps washing larger items. I also noticed the drying function is excellent. I hardly ever see any left over water on the dishes when complete

More than I ever expected. I was happy with my LG fridge so I went with their dishwasher. Cleanest dishes ever and looks great.

I love this dishwasher! I am still learning all the cleaning this can perform.

Seems to be working well after a month of use. Control lock is very handy for our setup but I wish it would auto turn off if you open to add a new item and then close it to resume. It will beep at you to press start again but you have to do the control lock first to allow the start button to be responsive. Adjustable shelves are very easy to move. Motor is quiet and mostly what you hear is the water rushing through the tub. Overall, very pleased. This is my second LG (we moved) and I'm planning on replacing the whole kitchen with the brand based on this and prior experiences.

washes fine, many wash features and settings, downloaded programs, turbo wash which is much quicker with less time required, dishes come out clean and spot free, however the unit does not have a heating element for the dry cycles and it dries by condensation fanning taking several hours and leaves much condensation and wet dishes. the unit does not dry well.

We have been using the dishwasher for a few weeks now and it has been great. The dishwasher is quiet, efficient and has done a great job washing the dishes. I have used liquid dishwasher soap and the spot free rinse and my dishes have come out dry and cleaned every time.

I bought this LG dishwasher to replace another LG dishwasher which I purchased elsewhere 3 years ago. That was an earlier Smart Model, possibly a lemon, and it seemed more prudent to buy new than to replace the motherboard for a third time. Hopefully I'll have better luck this time around. Pros: Very quiet, does a great job at getting dishes clean, easy to clean, easy controls, has built-in water heater boost. Cons: SmartFeatures are gimmicky, not all that useful. Surprisingly this model didn't have WIFI nor as many rack options for dishes, wine glasses, etc.
