It was a bit of a challange to get it installed level. I also found out that you have to be very careful about what kind of prewash soap you use. It will foam up and give an error. Other than that. It's been a good product specially for the price.

So many issues

Humidity gets into the motherboard and it starts to malfunction. We have never had so many issues with an appliance. It is great when it is working, but the fact we have had to have 2 service calls in less than 2 years for the same exact issue- save your money and find a different one. We normally love LG, but this one was a huge miss.

Not drying everything and I have tried different settings. It's not so quiet the whole time it's running just part of the time. And when it's finished the END light stays on until I turn the power off. I have let it go all night and in the morning the END light is still on and not all dry? ? ?

Replaced my 7 year old Bosch. The Bosch's racks held way more dishes and had tighter spacing between the slots. This will do but can definitely see cost cutting on this model by the manufacture.

Nice And quiet

It’s very sleek looking and while I think having the option to fold the racks down might be cool at some point the way the racks are situated now are not ideal for my plates and bowls. I actually like the way my racks were on my old dishwasher so I’m having a hard time getting used to finding a good way to stack my dishes other than that I do like it.
