    It works fine. Occasional must sounds for no apprent reason just baffle us. The tines on the top spoon rack are not sturdy enough and a couple a already breaking off. The design of the upper rack for bowls, cups and smaller items could be a little better.

    I would order one without the top rack silverware drawer. It catches on items in the second slide out and doesn’t provide much room besides basic flatware and bottom slide out already has silverware holder.

    I would have given 5 stars for quiet. nice deep top rack, roomy bottom rack, extra top 3rd rack. I took 2 stars away because the inside stays wet, even with the extra heat dry. Maybe mine is defective? Any one else having drying issues? Wish it had a dry and or heat plate cycle
