TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! OUTSTANDING INSTALLAT!

I had to call and find out why. NO PHONE CALL FROM BEST BUY. I inquired about compensation for my time and was told “yes, but you have to call immediately after installation” which I did only to have customer service ask me for my phone # 3 times and my email address twice, then they hung up on me. The installation man who showed up, was outstanding. I cannot tell you how professional he was. Love to have him do another installation for me, but NOT from Best Buy. Your CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!

My old Samsung died so I figured why not try an LG. Very happy with the purchase. I always recommend getting an extended warranty for larger appliances. Definitely worth the extra cost.

Humidity gets into the motherboard and it starts to malfunction. We have never had so many issues with an appliance. It is great when it is working, but the fact we have had to have 2 service calls in less than 2 years for the same exact issue- save your money and find a different one. We normally love LG, but this one was a huge miss.

After my dishwasher survived for 16 years, I thought it was fine. It was very quiet and served all the purposes till it broke. However, this new model with the top rack for the plastic that otherwise can’t be washed in the dishwasher the no rinse and other options are helpful. It’s fairly quiet. Not the quietest on the market but still good.

So far I’m pretty happy with my purchase. The dishwasher is very quiet and does a good job cleaning the dishes. It doesn’t do the best job drying at normal, but it has an extra dry setting which improves the drying.

It happens if I accidentally bump the control panel. The water actually starts spraying, even though the door is open. The local service department has not been able to figure out what the problem is. There must be some type of design flaw. It also takes over two hours for a cycle to run, which seems like a very long time. And even though I’ve had the dishwasher for approximately five months, it still has a weird chemical smell.

The door latch and sensor are designed to prevent exactly that, so if water is spraying during a bump or touch without the door being properly secured, this may point to a faulty door switch or a control board issue.
We also hear you about the cycle length—most ENERGY STAR certified dishwashers, like this one, do tend to run longer to save water and energy, but we definitely don’t want that to affect performance or safety. And regarding that lingering chemical smell, running an empty cycle with white vinegar on the top rack and baking soda on the bottom can help neutralize it.
