Looks great, and has a rinse cycle

Flatware can be put on the top rack and the flatware holder can be removed if more room is needed. I particularly like the rinse cycle, which uses much less water than rinsing by hand as well as preventing the food from drying on the dishes. The normal wash cycle is 2 1/2 hrs, which I thought was rather long, but the machine is very quiet.

I like that the unit is easy to operate, the touch controls and simple and intuitive to use. The dishes always come out spotless and the 3rd rack is a feature really makes cleaning silverware and larger utensils convenient.

While it was really quiet, it seemed to have been missing the dry function when done washing the dishes. This LG has been leaps and bounds above.

Wish the installer had checked it before he left. The second dishwash was delivered but they would not install and the first one taken away. The pipes were not closed off so when the sink was run water gushed out under the sink. The third time out they installed and all seems to be working. This dishwasher is good. We can only hope.

The delivery and installation was flawless. Great customer service. The dishwasher is quiet and does an amazing job. The dishes are spotless.

Took a bit of reading to learn how to run it properly but even this sr. gal figured it out. Cleans well even on short cycle, very quiet. One negative-wish it had one more fold down row of supports on bottom rack rather than the wide space. The idea of folding down the supports to accommodate odd shaped items is great

Not as good as a Kitchenaid I have in another home, but does a nice job. Ordered for the 3rd rack. Was a little disappointed as the 3rd rack is really just a flat pullout rack and not very usable. I love the 3 height adjustment on the middle rack. Great feature. Washer cleans nicely.
