The person who was supposed to install it did not have the right hoses, wanted to make us responsible, and did not speak English, and all was extremely difficult. Then, too, it was shockingly difficult to contact customer service or get a callback. The upshot is that we valued our peace of mind and cancelled the purchase.

Love the stainless steel look both inside and outside. Delivery and installation team was professional and explained all the steps they were doing. We had previously bought an LG refrigerator and love that as well.

Works great, good quality, looks well worth my other appliances. Cleans easy on the outside with the right cleaners. Washes dishes fantastic. Defiantly recommend especially if you’re going to install yourself.

The dishes come out very clean and the dry cycles work well. It’s extremely quiet and cycles are short considering how clean the dishes come out.

This dishwasher has not worked right since I bought it. I have had nothing but trouble with LG since I purchased it. They have sent out 2 different technicians who both have no idea what is going on with it. According to the technicians, this is common with LG. LG has a reputation that there products take a dump within a year of purchasing. The customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They understand very little English and will keep you on hold and transfer you from one employee to the next. I have literally spent hours on hold with this company. They still have not made things right with me and I have been trying for 3 months. I spent almost $500 to have a dishwasher that can’t complete a full cycle. Please take my advice, do not buy a LG!

Installer was done within an hour and did a great job. You do need to use Cascade Rinse Aid Power Dry, or dishes stay wet.
