First time I used it I got a “bE” error code. Troubleshooting indicated possible foaming issue. Knowing I was using a recommended dishwasher detergent, had a level machine, and there were no suds visible in the tub, I called for warranty service. Got a text suggesting I put the pod in the tub itself. It seems LG is getting increased calls with this error code problem. My opinion is the pods are slightly too large for the container and get stuck triggering the code. Hope this helps someone else experiencing the same problem.

Best Buy delivery team was super easy to work with as well, brought it right upstairs for me with no issues. This unit does come with the drain hose off the back, no need to buy the adapter kit. Would recommend buying the braided water line since the water input is at a 45° angle on the front.
