It looks greats and blends well with my other stainless appliances. Particularly appreciate the adjustable shelves. It is not as quiet as I thought but I never stay in the kitchen when I start it anyway. It is very attractive.

I tried the Bosch 800 line because the less expensive ones were really cheaply made. It had a really bad smell that didn't go away, The dishes were absolutely soaking wet at the end of the cycle and the inside of the machine stayed wet. Next I tried the GE. It was an expensive ($799.00) piece of junk. Very loud. The dishes were not clean and wet at the end of the cycle , even with tons of Jetdry. The top rack just completely fell apart. I couldn't fix it and the whole machine was made of of paper thin material. very flimsy! I was lucky to score the LG. It took 8 months but it was worth it. I bought it in March but they couldn't hook it up until June! The LG is a dream. Its very quiet, 48db, the dishes are clean and everything is dry. The door pops open at the end of the cycle to air out the machine. The controls on the front are recessed and easy to use. It's sturdy and compatible with iPhone to run the machine from afar. Love this LG dishwasher!!

Best Buy should not tell customers that they can get the order in a couple of days- then turn it into over 6 weeks! Item is still at the warehouse!!!

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous! Communication was excellent, arrived on time and finished up within 30 minutes. Left the area clean. What more could I ask for? Gabriel and OTD to perform all of our deliveries and installations!

Sat on the phone forever with a foreign customer service rep who indicated it was backordered even though other retailers clearly have it in stock and best buys own website indicates delivery well inside the window they indicate the backorder to be fulfilled. Poor customer service.

Surprisingly noisy

More noise than I expected because I chose this model because it claimed 47 db. Much noisier than that. Also the toe kick doesn't attach to anything I guess there's a part missing. So we will have Jerry rig something. Also the print on the controls is so tiny I have to put on my glasses to run it. I am used to a Kitchen aid so this is not that.
