I had high expectations that were not met, but this isn’t the top of the line so I think it is what it is. Would I buy again? No.

We are always accidentally turning it on by pushing the buttons with our hips or belly. I hate the utensil basket, it makes the rack off balance when pulling out the bottom rack and comes off of the tracks. The wheels also fall off easily. It does not dry completely and you have to rinse your dishes thoroughly before putting them into the dishwasher or they will not come out clean. I really wish I did not purchase this dishwasher.

Constant error message after 2 years

The lower spray arm attachment keeps coming off. I don't know what is going on with this. This unit sucks.

The AE error code is triggered when the dishwasher detects a water leak. This can sometimes be caused by issues with the water supply, drain hose, or other internal components. The lower spray arm can become detached if it's not properly seated or if there's an issue with the mounting mechanism.

Actually spent time afterwards showing me the features of the new machine.

The only problem is that it does not dry the dishes as advertised. I have tried every setting on the dishwasher and none of them (even the "Extra Dry") will dry the dishes.

I called and made an appt with Geek Squad and this gentleman really was so kind and helpful with his instructions. So now I love my new dish washer!!!

Installation was a walk in the park. Installer was very skilled and cooperative. Installed within 45 minutes, showed my wife how to operate the new appliance and appliance works great!
