The on/off button is not very obvious but is located on the back, bottom right if facing the monitor and also serves as the toggle button. The accessibility pop up box is on by default and pops up each time upon login. The toggle button on the back is needed to make the adjustment which is not obvious. Otherwise, my only other issue is that the monitor cannot be adjusted up/down.
