When I needed to change the method of delivery, the online service allowed me to do so quickly and worry free. I would recommend the product itself as well as Best Buy to anyone.

Beware when purchasing 'new' item from Best Buy

It came so fast, so I was super happy since I needed this monitor for the upcoming virtual lecture meetings over the weekend. But sadly, this happiness turned into disappointment as soon as I opened the box. First, they sent me the 'open-box' item, not a new one. I called them immediately, and now the expected shipment day for the replacement is Jan 22. So I thought, I have no choice but to use this monitor at least for this weekend, and guess what I saw as soon as I turned the monitor on. The screen looks like it is all cracked and damaged. The funny thing is that this box has a label on it, and it says 'condition: excellent. They also sealed this box with tape that says 'inspected.' So Best Buy considers this condition as excellent and inspected, huh? I sometimes consider buying open-box items from Best Buy, but after I got this scam, No thanks. I always check Best Buy first if I want to buy electric appliances, but seriously, you gave me a huge disappointment. And now I have to head somewhere I can buy a monitor urgently tomorrow after work (hopefully I can find one), so thanks, Best Buy, for ruining my Friday and the entire weekend :) And please send me a 'real' new one, not a damaged one next time.

The weight of this monitor is pretty light. My wife use it for work. Her eyes won’t get tired after couple hours of using it. We also recommended this for our friends; one bought it and like it very much. It’s excellent.

3 Side Borderless FHD Monitor
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The setup of the Monitor was easy. It comes with a guide to show you where items goes. I plugged the hdmi cord into the labtop, and it immediately connected to the labtop. The refresh rate for this monitor is 100 Hz, I was able to validate that it was when checking the settings area. The monitor can adjust to the different types of tasks one may be involved in. For example if gaming the monitor refresh rate can go from 43hz to up to 110Hz. I noticed this when using Windows 11. When not doing a strenous tasks such as gaming, the refresh rate can automatically lower, if you set it that way. The quality of the picture from my labtop to the screen was great. The display had vivid colors. The monitor is frameless which allows for the display to show on the entire screen. I would also like to mention when using 100hz on a labtop, the battery life of your labtop, can run out quicker. This is not an issue for me. This was something I noticed. Overall, nice small monitor and quite affordable. Would recommend this product to others. Pros: Easy Setup (Very Quick!) Cons: Currently have none. I like it.
