He ran a brief rinse cycle and everything seemed fine. Two hours later I loaded the dishwasher and ran a “normal” cycle. The dishwasher ran for 20 minutes and then stopped. I ran the suggested trouble shoots but it never powered back up. I called the Best Buy geek squad and was told I would have to wait a day to report the issue because the paper work was not up to date. I called back the next day and was told I would have to wait a week for a replacement to be installed and have the defective one sent back. I don’t feel as though Good customer service is not a priority.

It's already broken for the third time, each time with the same problem. Getting service on the unit is a nightmare, since (even though i live in a suburban area), LG repeatedly fails to find service personnel willing to service the unit. Each time takes weeks of repeated calls as my service issues are escalated. This has been by far my worst appliance purchasing experience so far. I have some Samsung Appliances that I liked, I assumed that LG would be similar. My mistake, It's like assuming that since Mercedes cars are reliable, a Trabant will also be reliable!

Dishwasher that doesn’t dry

It's going to be difficult to return or exchange it since their website very quickly marked it as non-returnable.
