Not sure about this one as it seems to stay wet even when you have it to dry

I really liked it initially but it started making a whining noise while washing after just a couple of years. Would not purchase again.

Doesn't perform as well as the 500 dollar samsung i replaced. It looks, feels and sounds cheap. Doesn't clean or dry nearly as well as units I've paid half as much for. It was the only one in stock and i needed one that day.

Replaced old GE dishwasher which still function great just to update appliances, what a mistake. This dishwasher sweats in a room that is at 76 degree. Dishes never dry stay wet after wash. Found a pool of water at the bottom last week. it's a shame that they pulled out the heater elements that helped dry dishes. Can not even use for dish storage since the dishwasher sweats.

The overall dish cleaning time is over 3 hours. With the “3rd” rack it makes it hard for cups to go in the middle. The drying on this is awful!!!

It does not dry well, not happy at all with it. I am a dissatisfied customer at this tumw

I ordered a full L.G. kitchen, for a new kitchen. So far the refrigerator, the stovetop and now the dishwasher does not work!! I am having trouble getting it replaced or repaired.

Second LG dish washer to fail. The first was a much higher end unit and it took 5 months to find out they wouldnt fix it

Dishwasher has leaked since installation. Still leaks after two service calls. Poor customer service.

I never accepted this item because there were multiple scratches on the front of the unit.

Very quiet and works/cleans very well when it works. Going on 5 years old and need to replace already, unfortunately. First repair, lucked out and scheduled a repair in the last month of warranty. Second repair is the heating element (I think) and estimated repair costs are around $500. Just buying a new one, and even though I’m a big LG fan, I’m a little nervous to buy another dishwasher from them.

I bought based on the LG reputation and the features that I saw on the machine.

This is absolutely the BEST dishwasher I have ever purchased. I am so glad I spent the extra money because it's well worth it. It is quiet, cleans perfectly, and dries even plastic. I recently put grates that i used to bake bacon in the oven in the LG on Heavy Clean to see how clean they would come. Boy was I surprised to see ALL the bacon grease and drippings gone from the grates. Timesaver for me. Great product!

Dishwasher gets everything clean & is low maintenance. However from the date of purchase I have had problems with the bottom rack. Since purchase one of the racks of tines is wiggly. I have made it five years & now another rack is flopping over. I called LG customer service & they insisted I find the paper manual to find out if it is under warranty. Who saves a paper manual in this day & age? Whenever I need a manual I simply google the model number & it comes right up. Very frustrated with LG customer service!

Really good dishwasher. Does a decent job cleaning dishes. In the 4 years I’ve had it I (my kids) managed to lose a wheel to the bottom rack. Still cleans just a little trickier to put the drawer back

Cleans well, but motor went out within 2 years. Have to fight to get it covered. 3 of the 4 LG appliances we bought as part of a package have issues, and repairs cost more than just replacing. Would not recommend LG.

When it works, it does great. We bought it in 2020 and it has had to be repaired at least once every year.

I purchased this dishwasher may 2018 and by July 2019 it has completely broke. And the only way to fix it is to order a part from Korea, which they don’t make anymore, and it will take 2 months to get here and cost over $300 to just get the part. So this is the worst dishwasher I have purchased, well still paying on it, and will never again purchase LG as long as I live.

The heating element went out after just 3 years...
