It had a really awful smell for the first couple of weeks but after a bit of research I find the bad smell is normal for a new dishwasher (although I've never experienced this myself.) I really like the steam feature and the third rack for small flat items but I fell like the bottom main rack doesn't have enough prongs to hold many dishes securely in place. Some of the prongs adjust up or down but slip out of place really easily. The bottom rack also doesn't hold as many dishes as my old dishwasher but that's mostly because the silverware basket is on a rack and not in the door. The one really good thing I can say is that it does wash well and that it's extremely quiet. I'm also please with the wifi feather that texts me when the cycle is complete.

In the short time we have had it, I will say I'm very pleased with the purchase. It was easy to install ( same as any other dishwasher ). I does a good job getting the dishes clean. It is nice and quiet. The over night dry feature works reasonably well. Some water in the usual places. It is a nice looking machine and the controls are user friendly.

This is a great looking, high-end unit that instantly upgraded the look of the kitchen. It is, by far, the quietest dishwasher I've ever seen. And so far, it has handled all of the cleaning chores it's been given. The installation tech was first rate and helped trouble shoot some plumbing issues needed to complete the job. Went above nd beyond.

I got this model because the one I thought I wanted was out of stock but it turns out, this is the one I should have picked in the first place. You could run this machine and sit right next to it while on a Zoom meeting and nobody would know. The only thing drawback (not a huge deal) is that once you hit start it gives a 4 second count down to close the door and if you don’t, you have to hit the button again.

Beautiful dishwasher inside and out. Cleans excellent! The third rack is awesome for small utensils etc. The kids were trying to find the pizza cutter and told them it was in the dishwasher. Got $200 in bets cause of the top third shelf were it was cleaned perfectly! Silly children, don't question Mom! lol Really enjoy this dishwasher and how clean everything including difficult pots and pans.

I researched many different dishwashers before pulling the string on this one, I am not disappointed. Replaced a 14+ year old Kenmore that was till running, but for how long? Anyway this one has all the bells and whistles, and cleans very well. I do wish LG would have heated dry but then you wouldn't get the low energy rating. It is very quiet compared to the old one. I am satisfied with this purchase.

Many good features and a few not so much. 3rd rack not as convenient as hoped. Adjustable upper shelf gets off track easily. It is quiet and washes well. So the blocking and tackling stuff earns the Stars

We are very pleased with this dishwasher. We have only had it for a few weeks, so I will probably do a later review. But it is extremely quiet. It's hard to know that it's running. Dishes come out clean and dry. It is quite an expensive purchase, but you get what you pay for. So far really worth the cost. We were also satisfied with the instillation provided by Best Buy.

Very long cycle times. Dishes don’t dry unless you turn on extra dry time. Fairly quiet. Faulted out after 11 months. Called LG. Took 2 weeks for them to schedule service, it was going to be another 2-3 weeks for them to show up. Ended up fixing it myself. That is 2 of the 4 appliances I bought that I had a problem with in the first 13 months. Don’t buy LG.

The 3rd rack is working out wonderfully for silverware. I no longer use the silverware basket which gives me a lot more room. To hold the spatulas, ladles, silicone scrapers, I kept a small corner basket from my old dishwasher and put it in a corner on the bottom rack so the tall utensils could stand upright for cleaning.

quiet and cleans great adjustable racks work great

This dishwasher is so quiet, I went back to check that I had really turned it on. Love the three rack rows - one for large knives and spoons. Your installer was fantastic. He had installed it in no time. He explained to me how to use it and was in and out in a flash taking our old machine with him.

We just moved into a new condo and wanted to upgrade the dishwasher. We had a Bosch previously and like it, but we’re impressed with the New LG. We purchased and had it installed. It is super quiet. Cleans everything very well and dries spotless. Very happy with the results and glad we made this our choice.

We really like all the options you have for setting up the tracks how you like. We also like putting the odds utensils (wooden spoons, long handle scooping spoons, etc.) on the third rack. It's very quiet also. We have to ask each other if it's really running or not. Great addition to the kitchen.

Little concerned about spending this kind of money on a dishwasher but I have to tell you I’m not disappointed. It’s so quiet I have I have to check and see if it’s on. Great features like steam and adjustable racks. Dishwashers have come a long way and this one cleans beautifully.

Our dish washer was installed last week and so far it has worked great. LG makes great products. The dishes come out clean and sanitized. The drop down feature on the second drawer comes in handy especially when you have tall items. I love the one feature fingerprint proof.

I had a Maytag unit only several years old. This product wouldn’t clean regardless of what I did. The new LG unit USA breath of fresh air. Cleans fabulously. Especially when using the steam function. Special shallow drawer on top for sharp knives. Great.
