The Bosch dishwasher that I wanted was on backorder for several months and I could not wait. As such, I bought this LG dishwasher at the recommendation of a BestBuy representative. The unit was delivered and installed by BestBuy. Unfortunately, after a week the unit kept on displaying an “error” message. I contacted BestBuy and they promptly replaced the dishwasher without any hassle. The new dishwasher has been working very well; quiet, and washes and dries the dishes very well. I would certainly consider buying this product again and would recommend it.

I am very pleased with this dishwasher. It is very quiet - which was my number 1 goal in purchasing new kitchen appliances. The tub is cavernous with the option to raise or lower the center rack. I can fit tall cutting boards or pans which do not block the washing action one bit. The Turbo Wash cycle is complete in only 1 hour, and everything is sparkling clean. Racks are easy to pull out, no balking or binding. The utensil drawer 3rd rack is brilliant!

My last dishwasher was about 10 years old. The first time I used the dishwasher I had to check to make sure it was still running -- it is so quiet! I've only used the "auto" feature on it and I did have a few items that needed to be recleaned. Hopefully selecting a different option when I have extra dirty items will take care of this. If so, I would have given this a 5 star rating. The extra tray on the top is good for flat items. Not sure I prefer that over just having the extra "head room" on the lower tray. I would normally just throw my large spoons and whatever else in the top tray in the past. Having the controls on the inside top of the door is an adjustment. Definitely better for the look of the dishwasher.

This is my second LG dishwasher, and we are very pleased with it. The top silverware rack it is swesome, this allows to remove the basket for silverware from the bottom rack providing additional space. The machine es super-quiet, great features, our favorite is the turbo wash that takes 1 hour and 8 minutes, the quick wash is awesome 34 minutes and we have clean dishes.

All the appliances in our home were LG with the exception of the dishwasher which was a Samsung which this one replaced. So far this dishwasher cleans our dishes well and I like the adjustable top rack. The extra dry does leave the plastics mostly dry and I really like the steam option helps with spots. The only reason I deducted a star is because of two reasons. First, it’s loud. I can hear it running from my office which is on the other side of the house. Maybe I notice it because the Samsung was so quiet I had to put my ear up to hear it. Also the quality of the stainless is less than their other appliances. Magnets will stick on it. Other than those two exception it runs great and does a great job cleaning.

We like it. Its quiet, Easy to load, holds a big load, and cleans really good.

This is a versatile and effective cleaning machine. The racks are very adjustable giving you the flexibility you need to fit all sizes of dishes. The dishwasher looks beautiful and is extremely quiet. The ThinQ technology is convenient, sending alerts to my smartphone.

This unit does a very good job cleaning even in its auto setting. It is also extremely quiet which is one of the main reasons we bought it. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the layout of the bottom rack. The reservoir for the rinse agent does NOT have a gauge so you don’t know how much it’s holding. This makes me add it every cycle so I know it has some in it. Also, the wire racking for plates & larger dishes is too far apart. There’s room for 3 rows but it only has 2 because the gap between them is too great. When I run the dishwasher, the middle of the bottom rack is empty.

This dishwasher is very quiet when operating. It has a great selection of cycles to choose from and it does a very good job of drying in the appropriate cycle. The exterior is very appealing and blends in well with our other stainless steel appliances and the inner racks can be adjusted to multiple heights and formations.

We love the black stainless color as it goes well with our countertops. The look is sleek and streamlined with easy-to-see and use controls. We also like the third rack which is a back saver. When the unit is running, it is quiet. So far, we are pleased with our selection.

Very quiet. Cleans and dries great. I like that the upper rack is adjustable. I also like that the prongs on both racks can be used up or flat. All of my dishes fit well. I mostly use the normal setting as I have not had a need for any of the others.

Very quite and easy to use. Does take a while to wash, which is common on the new low water use machines, but does have the 3rd drawer and the steam option that helps dry and sanitize your dishes. It is also wifi capable and can be connected to your phone to know how much longer the dishes will take.

Excellent product. Our old dishwasher was 10 years old and just wasn’t cleaning the dishes. Read reviews on the LG and Bosch and after due consideration bought the LG. We put dishes in we had washed in our old dishwasher and they came out much cleaner than they went in. The total “normal “ wash cycle is 3.5 hours so I don’t know how it will do on efficiency, but it certainly cleans well. We have not yet had an opportunity to use most of the cycles other than normal. Best Buy delivery and install was excellent, on time, installed and gone within 40 minutes.

Ultra quiet, excellent cleaning. Top drawer for utensils is a great idea. Pans are as clean as the dishes. Spacious, plenty of room for bowls. Individual slots for dinnerware make sorting simple. Only drawback would be the “delicate “ finish.

We love this dishwasher. The steam sanitization option is great for the baby bottles. It’s quite and does a great job on glasses. We love the third row as well.

This is a quiet dishwasher that really cleans my dishes. It has great capacity and it is reconfigurable for the load of dishes you need to wash. I appreciate the alert on my phone telling me when the dishes are done.

The dishwasher is much nicer than our previous budget model. Finish doesn’t get dirty easily like some older stainless models. I really enjoy the top rack for utensils and small items and it cleans well quietly.

I like this dishwasher and really wanted buttons on top so I wouldn't bump them and accidently activate it like I used to with my old one. Pretty quiet but drying isn't the best. My old dishwasher got things dry but didn't clean the best. This one cleans really well but doesn't dry very good. Go figure. Just can't win. Would be nice if the button panel sloped a bit to provide better visibility.

I though my old dishwasher was doing an adequate job. Then it died. After using this one I question it. First time I ran this I didn’t think it had started because it’s so quiet. Love the third rack too!

This washer does a great job of cleaning even the very dirt dishes. It is so quiet you don’t even know that it is running. It holds a lot of dishes, pots, pans and other items. No complaints about this washer.
