The dishwasher cleans very well and love the third rack. It's very quiet. The app feature is almost not that useful, but it does notify you when the dishwasher completes its cycle or when it is time to run a maintenance clean cycle. The second rack adjustable height feature is awesome, something I have not had previously, and allows those pans that are larger to fit in the first rack and have clearance. This review was only written approximately 30 days after installation. If something changes I will follow up with an update.

So far, I'm happy with my purchase. It thoroughly cleans all of the dishes, glasses, utensils, and plastic ware. I especially love the third rack. My cooking utensils and other small items fit perfectly. Everything comes out clean, sparkling, spotless, and dry. This is the first dishwasher I've had that has done this, and I've had many of them over the years. It is also the quietest one. I had to put my ear to it to make sure it was running! I can't say enough about the LG dishwasher. I highly recommend it.

This has to be the quietest dishwasher that I've ever owned. Sometimes you don't even know it's running. It gets our dishes super clean and after alittle tweaking of options (drying, etc.) and using a Jet Dry product, we now seem to have all the extra water that was on top of some items now gone. My wife swore that the Jet Dry product that we added to the dishwasher really made a huge difference, so don't forget to give that a try before giving up on the puddling of water on certain dishes. We also love the 3rd level pull out tray where we can put all sorts of miscellaneous semi flat items, I'd recommend this dishwasher the month that we've had to use it so far.

First this is my second one the first lasted 2 years and my Best Buy warranty fully replaced it because the part for the pump was unavailable. I only paid 37 bucks for the hoses. It was replaced in a matter of a few days a very simple process. I still love this dishwasher it’s super quiet does a great job cleaning the dishes snd the third rack is very useful for flat items knives or silverware. I had a Maytag the motor went out after 3 years so I think appliances in general are not long lasting anymore. I highly recommend the warranty and Best Buy fully honors their warranty

We've had a few LG dishwashers over the years and the always provide a great clean. Hard to clean dishes are not an issue, and the catch/filter at the bottom of the dishwasher is easy to remove and clean to ensure continued operation without bits of food being left on the dishes. The dishwasher operates quietly and holds many different types of dishes.

Full disclosure, I've washed one load and the unit is being exchanged Saturday. Not because we don't love this unit, we do. I ordered a unit with the handle exterior to the door which prevents the opening of an adjacent drawer, my bad. Beautiful fit and finish. Plenty of flexibility with the controls. I specifically left dried on food on the dishes to see how it performed. Every piece came out sparkling clean regardless of the rack it was on. I had read concerns about the unit not fully drying dishes. We started this before going to bed and in the morning the dishes were dry, as was the inside of the unit itself. When I started it I had to go back to be sure it was running, it is VERY quiet. In all my one experience rates a full 5 stars. Now let's discuss the return. As I said it is being exchanged Saturday. I called Best Buy to discuss the need to return it. I was fully expecting a restocking fee at best. Not only did they not charge a restocking fee but I only had to pay the difference for the new unit. No charge for the installation package or to install the second unit. I am a Total Tech member and installation is included. But think about it. They sold me one dishwasher net, but made two installs and removed the first unit, all for no charge. I recommend the Dishwasher highly on my limited experience. Best Buy customer service gets five as well!

We replaced the old and cheaply made Frigidaire dishwasher that came with our house. We are big samsung fans when it comes to electronics and appliances but after looking the at the reviews and seeing the dishwasher in person we felt we had a winner with this one. Super quiet, plenty of space for a lot of dishes and most importantly, the dishes come out clean! Thank you total tech support for the easy replacement and getting this new one installed and running. The wife is happy and so am I.

This dishwasher cleans anything I've put in there with ease! Glassware comes out sparking, even with the grimiest mess. I love the third rack for smaller items, and they don't get lost in the dishwasher. This thing is so quiet, I don't even notice it running. Sometimes my dishes aren't dry at the end of the cycle, so I just open the door a crack and they dry easily.

Really happy with the large capacity of this dishwasher. We took out the utensil basket. We use the third rack for silverware which works well. Loading is a bit tricky for our large pasta bowls but we figure it out as needed. Like most dishwashers cups with concave bottoms pool water and we need to use a paper towel to blot the water on them before removing from the dishwasher. Love the turbo cycle as it cleans great in about an hour. Notifications to my phone are helpful to know when the cycle is done. Overall as quiet as our old dishwasher which was very good. 5 star rating from us!

Now that we hit the 1 year mark, I can say this is a solid dishwasher that has given us 0 issues so far. I am big on researching products before I make a purchase, especially for appliances you use on a daily basis. This one had steller reviews and a great warranty. The only reason its not a perfect 5 stars is because the digital numbers of the time left of a wash are not legible. You can somewhat see them on top / under the counter. However, the led numbers are blurred together. We like the option of raising the middle rack if we have bigger pots, and the silverware on top is a nice touch to make room for more pots and pans on the bottom rack. It's pretty quiet and has a nice jingle when it's done. It dries better than any dishwasher I have ever used. Love the look to it too.

This LG dishwasher is perfect. Quiet and really gets the dishes clean. I use to pre wash plates with egg and even cheese enchiladas where I just put the plates and silverware in and came out totally clean. The adjustable rack on top is great for larger glasses. The third rack at the very top is good for larger utensils and a splatter screen. Really worth the money and definitely recommended.

Dishwasher works great. I like the 3rd rack to place spatulas. I run the extra dry and dishes are for the most part dry at the end of the cycle. It is quiet enough too. The normal cycle I run takes a little over 3 hours. My only complaint is it is not really black stainless steel..Does not match my other applicances.

This is a great LG dishwasher . It is quiet and efficient. The normal cycle is about 2.5 hours and cleans quite well. The features are good with multiple options. We had an LG dishwasher which lasted us almost 10 years .

I have this dishwasher and both of my Houses I am getting a third house and I’m going to buy another one love this dishwasher has three rows of cleaning which makes it awesome to put stuff on the top rack like silverware or spoons and stuff like that. I wash my dishes on the quick load. It takes an hour and a half and they’re completely clean when they dry. There’s no stains really good dishwasher like I said I own two of them and I’m gonna be buying a third.

I purchased this dishwasher about a month ago to replace a GE. I am glad that I picked this item. I wanted to wait until we used it a few times before providing a review - so far it has not disappointed. It works well - great job w/ cleaning dishes; easy to use. There are several options I have not tried as of yet - however the basic cycles are great. The sound level is also very good. I would recommend this unit to others without a concern.

I've only had this LG dishwasher a little over a month so I'm still collecting my thoughts about it. To be honest, this was my second choice as the Bosch model I wanted was not available. On the plus side, it does a fantastic job with a full load set on Heavy, Steam and Extra Dry. Dishes, flatware, glasses all gleaming and completely dry! I also like that it has an excellent array of cleaning options. It is reasonably quiet when running and displays time left in the cycle, nice feature. I do have to wipe the inside of the door dry after smaller loads and if closed with pre-rinsed soiled dishes inside, there can be a musty odor upon opening even though brand new. Leaving the door open a crack solves the problem. I wish it dried plasticware better. So far I think it does a good job overall. Purchasing and installation was very smooth.

I purchased this dishwasher when replacing all of my kitchen appliances. I chose LG because of the high rating on Consumer Reports. I wasn't disappointed. I immediately noticed how quiet it is. Our kitchen is open to the living room and you absolutely can not hear it running at all. The dishes always come out sparkling clean and completely dry. I especially like the third rack at the top. I never liked putting large knives in the silverware basket since I felt it was a danger. They lay nicely on the third rack and come clean. Very nice dishwasher!
