Everything is so energy efficient, it takes forever and doesn’t dry well.

It is extremely difficult to slide back into place. Even though I am a Best Buy Total member, I had to go through LG for repair - one month later, still waiting on a part that they expect me to install!!! We have also experienced incomplete cleaning of items on the top rack. Since the placement of the dishwasher is not adjacent to the sink, we were forced to pay extra for the installation (the included hose is too short - installer had to go to Home Depot for parts). I am past the return date so we are stuck with this mess. I cannot recommend this product

Be careful wheels fall off

It cleans your dishes, but the bottom rack is on wheels. The wheels fell off broke apart bearings inside the machine. Luckily it was still under warranty. Everything is cheap.

Bum installation

Shawn the installer disconnected the hose from the old dishwasher to the garbage disposal and it’s foul waste water spilled onto the floor of the kitchen sink’s underneath cabinet. The stench was so foul, I thought it was one of the two men's body order so I didn't say anything. After the two left, I looked under the sink and the floor of the cabinet was wet with waste water. It was disgusting to clean up. What made me mad was Shawn had to have seen the water come out and also smell the odor and ignored it. Also they didn’t turn on the cold water to the sink. My wife looked into the dishwasher after it completed its run started by Shawn and found an uninstalled part – “the sound insulation sheet” as per the instructions. After the first run, we unloaded the dishwasher and found packing tape still stuck to the top rack and not removed by Shawn & his helper. I doubt these 2 were plumbers, so I am contacting the Plumbing Licensing Board in OK. More later… do yourself a favor and do NOT let Best Buy install anything. Sad.

Love the steam feature, delay timer and the third rack has been helpful too being able to raise it up and down. My favorite part is the screen that turns on when it's washing and totally disappears when it's not on looking very clean. Also I love not having a handle that protrudes. Only con is that I'm getting water spots on glasses so I will still have to try out a rinse aid and I'm sure it will be good.

My only complaint (and reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that the dishes still come out wet even with the dry boost setting. But love all the flexibility with rack heights. Perfect no matter what your washing.
