It has some nice features like a hour wash cycle. It can connect to alexa and tell you when your dishes are done. Now this may seem silly but it also has a light on the control panel for when you need to add rinse aid.

Have had it for about a month and done about 20 cycles. It's quiet and it does an awesome job. Dishes come out dry and sparkling clean. Love the that it can connect to Wi-Fi and can monitor it through the ThinQ app.

This prevented being able to close the dishwasher and run it. Just called LG service and will have to wait a minimum of 2 weeks and all they are going to do is send a part that I have to figure out how to install.

After confirming the dishwasher was level they sent another rack to us after 6 weeks. The new rack lasted about a month before failing. I would stay away from this model.

I’m retuning this one and exchanging it for a different brand. Low quality

The racks are a little bit wonky, misplaced and annoyingly fall down too easily. The most unusual thing is that this is hands down the loudest dishwasher I've had in over 20 years which is strange because it says it's db42 which is the lowest we've ever had.

Bad performance, design and gives gurgling sound

Expected more from LG. Top rack is useless, always leave smaller items either unclean or soapy needing to wash again. The bottom rack is poorly designed and the gaps are big for the items to fall out

A Solid replacement

I purchased an open-box LG dishwasher from Best Buy, which was supposedly tested by their team. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disaster. Scheduling a pickup for the return was extremely difficult, so I ended up having to return the product to the store myself. Overall, this open-box purchase was not a good experience.

Not black

First and foremost, the dish trays are not very well designed to hold bowls. The racks aren’t adjustable enough to accommodate different sizes. The second thing that bothers me, this is probably my fault for buying a “black stainless steel”. It isn’t black, it is gray and doesn’t match my other true black appliances.
