Very happy with this dishwasher so far! I was hesitant to spend this much because I was replacing a unit only 6 years old but developed a bad leak. I will say this washer washes better, dries better, and is quieter than the unit I replaced. I thought the LED lighting would be a novelty, but it is incredibly helpful, more so than pictures show. Now that I have it I would want it again. Installation was easy and straightforward with the exception of the sound pad on the bottom…directions are very unclear.

We love our new dishwasher. Very quiet, tough on the greases, it's spacious. Highly recommend .

This dishwasher is fantastic. I bought it to replace a Samsung linear wash dishwasher that leaked intermittently from the minute it was installed. It's quiet, has loads of options, and the interior light is so cool. Dishes and silverware come out beautifully clean and dry. Buy it, you won't be sorry.

All you want in a dishwasher. Easy to install, quiet, clean and dry dishes, and of course the light inside.

I am beyond thrilled with this dishwasher! I have owned many other brands in my life, but this one is the best of all of them. We wanted one with low dba since we moved into a small home with an open concept, and this one is so very quiet. YAY! Also i just love that my dishes come out so clean--they almost sparkle. Such a noticable difference from our previous dishwasher. There are so many features, too, that make this model perform so well from the extra top rack, the steam clean, the various dry modes--love the "night dry" feature, plus so much more. So grateful the salesperson showed us this particular brand and model--I couldn't be happier.

Good dishwasher... not great The shortest wash cycle is 1 hour and a normal wash is 2 hours 25 mins.. to me this is a long time. Dishwadher is very quiet..

Works well, it does its job. Dries dishes very well. Easy installation, it is quiet than the regular diswahsers and we love the 1 hour and dry boost option!

We replaced a 10 year old LG that we were very happy with. Never had an issue with it until one day it just died. Loved the addition of the interior lights on this new one. It is just as quiet as our old one and cleaned beautifully. About a month in, the top rack started to get stuck. Both going in and coming out. We couldn't close the door and nothing seemed to be blocking it. We'd have to jiggle it until it gave. Two weeks later, we found ball bearings on the floor of the dishwasher and now the rack won't move. We bought the Best Buy warranty but have to go through LG this early. It is nearly impossible to get status from them. We never got an email confirmation of our repair request. Apparently, they are mailing us a rack that we have to replace ourselves. Can't get tracking information. And when I asked for status and an email confirmation of our repair request, I felt scolded when she told me it was a "part replacement request, not a repair request". We are very disappointed in LG and their service. We find it insulting that we are unable to use our pricey 6 week old machine and now have to fix it ourselves...whenever that might be.

So happy with this dishwasher! It has many perks the older model I had did not… one being it lights up! Very quiet and the dishes are spotless. I would definitely buy this model again.

Amazing machine. Dishes are spotless, can’t hear it run what so ever and the display is the coolest feature. This thing is like a new member of the family to us with the amount of cooking we do. Can’t say enough good things about it!

So far is performing great unit is comparable to Bosh series 800 or Benchmark series, I bought it because of sale price that went from $1400+ to $899 making as equal to a Bosch 300 series priced at $799. I have run several cycles and dishes come out super clean no spots. Recognition to installer James, excellent job at removing old unit, cleaning area and installing new LG dishwasher.

Purchased this dishwasher in June after our old Kenmore started making more noise and not cleaning dishes too well. This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever not heard! It does a great job on cleaning the dishes and there seems to be a lot of room for all of our dishes. I like the fact that you can adjust the tines inside to make more or less room for bigger or smaller items.

I really love the look of the dishwasher. Its very quiet and the wi fi added feature is a plus though i havent used it yet.. you have to look at the brand of detergents you use cascade and finish are what i use finish seems to do better yhe cascade in my opinon.. it works grat love it

Great! easy to install, but if you have an older home just be aware that you might need an adapter for the hot water line going to it. Lots of space inside. Rack positioning is customizable. So far, no problems nor leaks. Very quiet compared to my old dishwasher. Don't expect too much from the app and smart connectivity (similar to other smart home appliances) - I personally just use it for the notifications, and that's it.

I've had my dishwasher for a couple of months now and im sorry to say that i just noticed a seam about 4 inches down from the top of the door. I have the black stainless washer, dryer and refrigerator as well. None of those have a seam, and they are larger appliances. Very tack on LG's part during manufacturing. But other than that, i absolutely love this dishwasher. It cleans like a mother...

Dishwasher it very good , like the interior lighting and cleans well .

It's pleasing to look at and it works quietly and produces outstanding results. I would like to be able to see the level of rinse aid product without having to use the phone app. I like the 3rd top rack and I like that the 2nd rack height is so easily raised or lowered as needed.

Works great, very quiet and efficient. Easy to install. Very sleek design without protruding handle.
