LOVE this dishwasher. Very silent, works very good.

Got it on sale during Black Friday, and installed by myself. Has been great so far. ThinQ app has other cycles to download; haven’t used any yet, but probably will when the fam comes for Christmas Still tweaking to get best dry

Quiet but doesn't clean well or dry well. I was hoping for a really good experience buying my first new dishwasher, but that is not what I got. The bottom racks fall over, so plates fall over. I rinse my dishes and yet some are coming out dirty! It barely dries even on the extra dry mode. Not worth the money I paid.

My family and I were looking to replace some of our appliances and purchased a new washer, dryer, microwave, and dishwasher through Best Buy on Black Friday 2023. Best Buy was happy to have us purchase the appliances and schedule delivery and installation We had scheduled the Washer and Dryer installation for December 1, 2023, and Best Buy gave us a 7am – 7pm installation window. I took a day off of work since the installers needed someone home when they arrived. After waiting until 4pm with no phone call from Best Buy or Installers, I called Best Buy Customer Support to ask when I could expect the installers to arrive that day. After being put on hold for nearly an hour, they responded back saying they made a mistake and did not actually schedule any installer to come that day. They rescheduled the delivery and installation for a week later and I had to take an additional day off work to be available to the installers. For the Dishwasher, the delivery and installation was scheduled to take place on December 7, 2023. They installed the dishwasher but when they left, I realized they had installed the wrong Dishwasher – a $300 cheaper model. I called Customer Service, and they said they couldn’t install the right model until 3 weeks later - December 26th, 2023. They said I could use the cheaper dishwasher until the new one was installed. December 26th 2023 arrives, and the installer removes the cheaper dishwasher for haul-away. The installer then realized that the dishwasher he was here to install was damaged so he couldn’t install it. I asked if he could re-install the cheaper model so we would have a dishwasher to be able to host my family and friends through the holidays but he refused. He left, leaving a hole in my kitchen where a dishwasher should be. Best Buy now said they could install the correct dishwasher the following week. I have spent hours on the phone with Best Buy Customer Support for the past 6 weeks, pleading for support but it seems like my family is not a priority for their team. I've taken 5 days off of work so they could deliver & install what I purchased in November with little success. I’ve asked for a “Make Right” reimbursement for minimum the lost wages in taking the days off and the distress this has caused my family during the holiday season but the "best" they could offer was a $150 gift card to shop at Best Buy - the last place I want to shop. If you are looking to purchase and have appliances delivered and installed to you, Best Buy is not your answer. Try Lowes, Home Depot or anyone else.

We decided to update our kitchen appliances. This LG dishwasher is many times fast at cleaning our heavy duty dishes.

I love this diswasher, it has three racks and is large; I recommend it

Works good. Dishes are 95% clean when wash is done. Crack door when done and they are dry within 15 minutes.

Due to our kitchen, remodeling we purchased the entire LG line, appliances, products, and so far no complaints.

Great dishwasher. Live the design and the look. Sturdy racks and solid interior.

Like all the features except that the racks are not truly adjustable. Can’t get small, medium or large bowls without taking a lot of room.

Their third-party installers broke my cabinet door, did not install the dishwasher properly or even leveled. Tried reaching out to Customer Service and it’s been a nightmare.

Incredibly quiet. The dishwasher has plenty of room and I love the third rack. The only thing I don’t like about it is the bottom rack has a large area that has no prongs for cups etc. I’m sure it is for plates of big bowls but it would be nice if all of the prongs were covering the bottom rack as well. The other thing I don’t care for is the prongs move easily. They flip over if bumped. If I had kids at home loading the dishwasher I’m sure I would have to rearrange it due to the prong issue. Other than that it’s a great product.

Love having the 3rd shelf for small items! This dishwasher works beautifully. It is very quiet and efficent. I love that you can delay the start, having the steam option works great on crystal items! It has the option for energy saving mode, you can vary the drying mode. One of our main points was to not have the controls on the front of the dishwasher as when someone leans on the counter it turns it on. This one has the controls all on the top of the door when you open it up! So no accidental turning on.

Pretty good so far, lots of room and flexible space, very quiet, dries the dishes completely too. My only complaint is that it smells musty. I’ve had 2 dishwashers before this without this issue so I’m trying not to let the door close completely between runs.

Love the finish on this machine. Fits in with the rest of my appliances. The washing capability is much better than my older washer I had before. I feel like I can fit a lot more dishes in there as well. Relatively new still, but doesn't hold a rough smell like my old one.

I wasn't necessarily in the market for a new dishwasher since my worked "fine" but a couple neighbors had major leaks with their old dishwashers that were installed with the year of the home, so I decided it was better to be safe than sorry. I am so happy that I did. Not only were all of my connections worn but after taking out the old dishwasher, there was evidence of some leakage. This dishwasher is amazing. I am still trying to figure out all of the neat additions, like the steam function. Space wise, this has SO much for space. I love having the 3 racks with the middle one being adjustable. Such a great purchase and it leaves the dishes sparkling clean!

very quiet, does an excellent cleaning job on the normal cycle and has the capacity to have personalized cycle downloaded. Love the stainless steel tub and the 3rd rack.

I have had it a month, works great. We loved our old LG but this is even quieter, and roomier and does as well. I also thought this easier than some others to self install. I like that on the leveling, height adjusters there are two where you can reach on front then there is just one for the back in center and they made it so it too can be adjusted from front.
