It cleans extremely well and is very easy to use. The only issue is that the drying process leaves plates and cups damp. Otherwise, this is an excellent dishwasher, and the utensil rack is a great bonus.

The machine is great. I love the controls at the top. I am not really a fan of the 3rd rack. It limits the size of glasses in the top and my plastic lids. I have taken the rack out. If there comes a time I need it, I may put it back in, but.... I doubt it. would recommend the one without the 3rd rack.

On initial day dishwasher was supposed to be installed no one showed up. I waited all day. No calls or texts. I called the number on best buy install notification. Rep was very nice. Install was rescheduled. Said she would apply a credit of half the installation charges for my inconvenience. Install occurrd the next week and all went well. Dishwasher works fine. However, no credit has been applied as i was promised. So, point is, Rep should not promise something they do not follow up on

Like the third rack for utensils. Very quiet. Wish it dried plastic better.

This dishwasher is beautiful—it's the best one I've ever had in my life! My wife loves it, my child loves it, and even my dog enjoys it. We're all using it regularly. It features a built-in dryer, which I really appreciate, and has three spacious racks for loading dishes.
