We previously had an LG that spit the bit after 6 years. We were a little worried about going back to an LG but so far it works great. Some added features we like now that we never knew we were missing before - the light makes it easy to load in the dark, and the 3rd rack for larger flat items is great. It is so quiet that at 1st we were unsure if it was running. I do strongly recommend you use a "redi dry" product as that does make a difference. We noticed the dishes were still pretty wet when the cycle was done without it. Downside it that is it not a cheap unit.

This dishwasher is amazing so far. Cleans even baked on casserole dishes. Holds a lot at once and I like I can customize the racks based on what I need each time. Super quiet, can barely tell it’s on. The interior light is a very nice feature as well. Only downside is that really tall cups don’t fit well on second rack bc they hit the third rack. A major upgrade from our previous dishwasher. Highly recommend.

We have had this dishwasher for a month now and so far it's been great. Previously it has a battle to get kids to load the washer, now it's more of a battle of who gets to do it. The top most rack for silverware we think is a win. The cleanest spoons and forks yet. Not to be left out, yet a place for those tongs and laddles where they are not in the way. The dishes over all the cleanest they have been, ever. Like, restaurant steam cleaned actually squeeks clean. Noise? Also, by the far the quietest we have used. Actually barely hear it when in the kitchen or even nearby. Honestly, the best washer we have had. For stars only because some features aren't working do to installation and we haven't fixed that issue to try them out. I would replace this washer, with this washer.

love this dishwasher. it's quiet. easy installation. cleans dishes well. very happy with purchase. best buy will be out go to for all appliances. this was our 2nd purchase from best buy with appliances. this is the first time i changed out a dishwasher and me being a novice, didn't know you had to special order appliances...oops...so i removed our old dishwasher early in the morning so installation would go smoother, we go to a store and i learn you have to order appliances as they don't stock them. so now we are looking at stores seeing where we could order dishwasher and found another store with dishwasher that would arrive sooner. well, we didn't want to go weeks without a dishwasher for our family of 5, so we thought "let's check out best buy"...sure enough, best buy had our dishwasher in stock. I drove 45min to the madison best buy to get our dishwasher. i had no issue with the drive as they had what we needed. shout out to best buy for having in stock appliances. we are very happy with our purchase. we also went with this dishwasher because it's a smart dishwasher. We already have the smart washer, so everything works well with the app. let's us know when dishwasher is done. overall very happy with this dishwasher

Purchased this dishwasher to replace the original "builder-grade" one that came with our house. Wow! What an improvement. Very quiet, dishes come out exceptionally clean AND dry. Love all of the adjustable racks and tines inside - really helps accommodate everything we put in it. Just be aware that a full cycle with drying will take about 3 hours, depending on how dirty everything is. But well worth the wait in my opinion.

We went from having two Bosch dishwashers over the last 18 years to our LG. Bosch are now over priced for what you can get from other washers. We weighed up the pros/cons and the free installation etc and the LG won. We love the 3rd rack, it’s very quiet, normal cleaning cycle is better than our old unit. Only con is it takes longer to clean but we are usually running it at night or at work.

Wonderful product that I would highly recommend to anyone. With a large family we run the dishwasher at least 1x/day; more often than not 2x/day. This unit is a dream to use! Quiet, cleans great without pretreating, 3 shelves with all sorts of room and maneuverability with the spacing, a bright interior light & energy efficient. Run out and buy this dishwasher! You will thank yourself for such a great purchase.

Love it. Cleans Everything so well. I love the extra 3rd tray clear at the top where you can place knives and utensils or flat lids. It is so quiet, you would never know it is running. I also love having a light in the dishwasher. I’m happy!

Finally replaced our old dishwasher with this LG. Couldn't be happier. Lots of flexibility in the racks and the cleaning quality is great. After a few cycles our old silverware is looking like new again! Super quiet in operation. One feature I tough was gimmicky was the interior light but it actually quite handy.

This is a great machine. It is quiet and full of functions. I am amazed at how much more I can wash in this compared to our old dishwasher. The flexibility of the rack system gives me a fun challenge to see how much I can load at once. Also with the steam function there's no need to soak or prewash dishes any more and lets you load up everything right after dinner. The only ding on it is the pointless wifi ability that just tells me when it is done a cycle (which takes about 3 hours) or needs more rinse aid. Yet it is fun to text my wife to let her know the dishwasher is ready to empty.... I think she appreciates that.

This unit is crazy quiet compared to my old dishwasher. The third rack for silverware and small dishes creates more room and functionality. It’s even got a light when you open the door! I can get text messages when the cycle is done. The liquid drying dispenser is difficult to fill without making a mess. But, the steam feature does a good job of cleaning it up.

The look & overall use of this dishwasher is good, it is also very quiet. My biggest complaint is that it does not do a good job drying the dishes. Even if I do the overnight-dry feature & be sure to use a rinse aid. I've since learned that as part of it's energy-saving features, it does not have a heating element, but rather relies on the steam from the final rinse cycle to dry the dishes... but this does not work! I always have water sitting in my glasses after they're done & it drives me crazy. I wish I had been told this when I ordered it. I thought all dishwashers had a heating element. :(

We replace another brand dishwasher that was almost new this one. The old one never seemed to get dishes clean. This dishwasher is amazing in how well it cleans dishes and silverware. Also the adjustability of the racks cannot be beat. The entire bottom rack can be changed to any type of combination needed. At first I though the light on the inside was a so what but it really helps with loading and unloading.

I would give this dishwasher an A for overall performance. For silverware, glasses, and dishware, cleaning and drying is an A+. For plastics, cleaning is an A+ and drying is an A-. Water will sit on the top of lids but if you use the extra dry feature and night dry, plastics come out almost completely dry. Noise is an A+ as well. The dishwasher is very quite and perfect for a townhome or open concept home. The biggest thing I learned from this machine is that when you use the right cleaning cycle, the dishes will come out clean and dry. They cycles can be a bit long but if you use the dishwashers mostly in the evening, it really is not an issue. The dishwasher does come with a turbo and express cycle which is about an hour long and does a really great job cleaning. I would recommend this product. I have used this machine twice each day for about 2 months and have had no issues such as leaking or errors. The biggest thing that you need to get use to is the fact that you will need to clean out the filter once a week and that you need to use a dishwasher cleaner once a month. Both maintenance activities keep the machine clean and working well. All in all, this dishwasher was a huge update on the original GE dishwasher I had in our home form 1996.

After disappointing experiences with three other dishwashers (Maytag, then Whirlpool, then Kenmore Elite), we decided to give LG a try. Time will tell if this unit holds up any better than our previous dishwashers, but after 18 months of routine use it has had no issues and does a great job cleaning the dishes (using Sam's dishwasher detergent pods). Cycle times can be long and there is no heating element to speed up the dry cycle, but the same is true of many other high-efficiency dishwashers so it's hard to complain. Overall, we are very satisfied with this purchase.

This dishwasher is awesome. There are many features that I love including the LED lights that come on when you open the door. I also love the express option where the dishes are cleaned and dried in under an hour. There is a third rack for utensils. It is very quiet and cleans everything spotless!

The design of the dishwasher is very nice, the controls work well, the racks are highly adjustable allowing different sizes of items to be put in. It is very quiet. Unfortunately we did not get to complete a wash cycle as the drain hose was kinked during install and the washer would display an error code when draining. The LG App displayed what the error code meant making diagnosis very simple. BestBuy handled the situation very well, a service crew was dispatched to verify the problem. Unfortunately the hose is permanently attached so the dishwasher had to be replaced. Since this model was unavailable the Best Buy found a newer model and arrqnged for delivery and install. The new LG model also works great.

The delivery & installation was very professional and proficient. The dishwasher is easy to load, unload and operate. It is the quietest dishwasher we ever had. Our dishes and silverware come out without any spots. The best operating dishwasher we ever had.

Overall, I love it! Our silverware is a little thicker at the bottom so it doesn’t fit in the top silverware tray very well - not a design flaw, just not perfectly compatible with our stuff. Also, our small plates are square and they constantly fall out of the bottom rack slot. I don’t think this would be a problem if they were round. I love that I can delay the start for as many hours as I like and that I can put it on extended dry. It is extremely quiet and my dishes are clean when the cycle finishes, which is the most important.

Well designed for maximizing space, with 2 pull-out racks for larger items on the bottom and a top rack for utensils. More cleaning and drying settings than you’ll ever need. Easy to use and a nice overall design. This dishwasher is so quiet that I really don’t understand why people would pay $$$ for a Bosch.
