The quietness of this dishwasher is part of what makes my home serene. I love the 3 racks- more space for awkward shaped serving items to have a safe place for cleaning- safety for their staying unbroken & safety for my hands when putting them away- the height of that third top rack is also very handy!

Basically happy with this LG dishwasher, but a few complaints. Bottom rack doesn't seem to hold enough so have to run the dishwasher more often. 3rd rack items don't get dry. Otherwise, does a good job cleaning dishes and runs quietly. Like the varied options for washes.

So far we are loving it. It is very quite and seems to work really well. The run cycle we are using is long but doesn't bother us at all. The racks work well for stacking dishes in. Looks great in our kitchen.

Main thing I like about this diswasher is that it's quiet and early impressions is that it gets the job done. Use the 3rd rack more than I expected and also like the ability to adjust the other top rack to make room for taller dishes. Since my kitchen and living room are open into each other, having a quiet dishwasher helps when watching tv.

I wash most pots and pans by hand and use this mostly for dinnerware. This dishwasher is very quiet compared to my last one. That is its best feature. And it fits a LOT of plates. I was very excited about the silverware rack on top, but now it turns out I never use it. My silverware doesn't get completely clean or dry up there, and I can't fit my serving spoons on it. So I put silverware in the silverware caddy on the bottom rack. My serving spoons and cooking utensils won't fit in the slots in the silverware caddy. And you you can fold up the slots, but you have to fold up HALF of them, even if you just need a little space. They should have made this foldable in quarters. There is only 1 wider space on the bottom rack, where I could fit my wider dishes, like some of my soup bowls. But since I have to use that wide space for my utensil caddy, I have to hand wash those items or run my dishwasher mostly empty. Finally, we use a lot of bowls. Salad and cereal every day. And soups. The slots on the bottom rack are great for plates, but are not wide enough for my bowls. The bowls seem to fit on the center rows of the top rack, but then there is not enough room beside them to put my coffee cups and drinking glasses. So I think this dishwasher does a decent job of getting dishes clean (other than the top silverware rack) but the layout does not work for the dishes I use.
Hello there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand that the LG 24" Top Control Smart Built-in Tub Dishwasher didn't provide enough flexible space for your wider serving items and various bowls. Your feedback on the rack configuration, including the top silverware rack and the utensil caddy slots, is important to us, and we appreciate you sharing your detailed thoughts. We'd like to further assist you with maximizing the loading space of your unit. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/lg-24-top-control-smart-built-in-tub-dishwasher-with-3rd-rack-quadwash-pro-and-46db-stainless-steel/J7G56588LY Please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and our team will be more than happy to assist you. —Renzo

Quiet, efficient, sleek, consistent with the LG superior quality and function. I would recommend this as it is a good price point and the newer models are consistent with with older models style.

Both my wife and I used to dread unloading the dishwasher (GE Profile) because we were guaranteed that we would have to reclean some of the dishes....and then we bought the LG Dishwasher and OMG first we were amazed how quiet it was and secondly and more importantly everything came out clean and sparkling...yeah you heard me right sparkling. Mic drop.

This dishwasher is outstand! Very quiet, and cleans well. The 3rd rack on top is such a nice convenience! I would highly recommend. Love the controls on top, just makes it look so clean and sleek!

We upgraded a package deal to get this dishwasher. Super quiet. Generally dries dishes well. Everything comes out spotless without pre washing/rinsing. I’m not sure I like the 3rd shelf. I think I prefer more room for tall glasses and a stemware shelf/holder like my previous dishwasher. The countertop that sets on it does get warm when running. I don’t remember that with the previous dishwashers.
