Gorgeous finish but so so cleaning

I was disappointed that the top rack only cleans the downward facing side of the utensils. At this point I am not sure if a third rack makes sense on any unit.

Very quiet with outstanding results

Convenient upper rack for utensils and silverware, adjustable middle rack and collapsible dish holders on the bottom rack are the best ideas ever to be featured in a kitchen appliance! Oh, almost forgot, it has a light that turns on when the door is opened and brightens the inside, so you can see without even turning the top light in the room. Awesome addition to a kitchen!
