This is a really large refirgiaerator, all shelves and compartm,ents are easy to access. You can see all the stored items at a glance without having to move other items. It is a very attractive appliance. The ice maker works very well and keeps us well supllied. I am so happy that we pruchased this model.

Refrigerator and freezer maintain proper temperatures. Makes adequate ice. Like the large long bin for butter, cheese, lunch meat, etc. The shelf design needs some getting used to. The freezer/ice set up is the same as the old one. Three long shelves looked nice but are not high enough for a milk carton much less than a wine bottle. Must adjust side door shelves which results in one very “skinny” shelf. The other option is one very long very “skinny” shelf. Center strip that pops out between doors when opened doesn’t allow vegi bin to fully pull out unless both doors are opened. We need to adjust to the new set up. Ok for us retirees but I don’t think I would like this for a family Frig.

Great fridge. This is my second Lg fridge and I like it even better than my first one (which was fancier and more expensive). It is basic but does the job with keeping things cold. The extra depth really makes the fridge look roomier and has more storage area. The bottom freezer has a divider that slides so you can adjust the size of the two compartments. I also like the quiet chime that it makes when the fridge/ freezer is opened too long

We bought this refrigerator because it was most similar to the one we had and loved. We will adjust to this one, but it isn’t nearly the same quality as our former one. Whereas our previous refrigerator had slit shelves that were adjustable, all of these shelves are solid. Our former unit had many choices of adjustment levels, this unit does not. Even the door containers have very limited adjustments. If I put the top container down one level to accommodate tall bottles, there literally is no way to get anything into the second container. As for the refrigerator shelves themselves, the only shelf that will accommodate taller items (and I mean simply salad dressing bottles) is the top shelf. Definitely lower quality than our previous unit. As for our experience buying this unit from Best Buy, it was a nightmare! It was only on the fifth appointment that we actually received out refrigerator. On three of the previous appointments, we would get a call saying they would be here in 30 minutes, then ….nothing. I would call the number provided only to be told that the unit wasn’t available in the warehouse and therefore wasn’t on the truck. The fourth appointment was supposedly made by someone who identified himself as management at the Clearwater store. On the delivery day, I called the provided number and was told that it was never on the schedule. The time windows provided were six hours in length—do the math. After we received delivery, I requested credit for the haul-away, as a friend wanted our old unit. Instead, the billing department deleted our maintenance contract and left the haul-away charge intact. Now we have to go into the store to acquire a service contract as the billing department was unable to do so. They are sending us a gift card for our troubles. While we will continue to purchase electronic devices from Best Buy, we will NEVER purchase another appliance from them.

Excellent refrigerator. The main compartment stores quite a lot of items. In the freezer the ice maker section takes up some space but overall a wonderful refrigerator. Quiet, stylish and functional.

Greatest refrigerator in size and ease of use you could ever get for a small space. The French doors and bottom freezer make it easy to reach your items. They also allow a solution to a wide fridge in a tight space. It is beautiful to look at and works like a dream.

The refrigerator fits well in our space. It runs quietly and is spacious inside.

Purchased December 29th 2023 as a gift for my mother. She absolutely loved it and thought it was the best thing ever. Fit in the small opening in her house but was still spacious and well laid out. No complaints at all until she had it just shy of 9 months, at that time it quit cooling completely, both refrigerator and freezer. Needless to say everything spoiled and had to be thrown out. It is bad enough that a refrigerator at this price point wouldn’t last even 9 months but I understand that you can get a lemon in anything you buy. What drives this 1 star review is more the LG Support. When my mother called them the first time the agent told her they had no record of it and hung up on her. At this point I took over talking to them even though I’m in Tennessee and she lives in Kentucky. I contacted them the first time on chat and after the first agent disconnected on me while I was trying to work with my mother on the phone to get information he requested I reconnected and got a different agent and had to go through the whole thing again. He finally said that he was opening a case and that a technician would be scheduled to come and repair the defective refrigerator. The following morning I received a text that LG was working with their network to locate and schedule a technician and they would update us on the status. Never heard anything the rest of the day so that evening I connected to them on chat again. At first the agent claimed that the previous agent had given me a list of technicians to contact, when I told him that never happened he left chat for a while and when he came back he said ok he had it now, it had been turned over to their scheduling department and I should hear from them in 3 to 5 business days. I told him that she has no refrigeration and 3 to 5 days was unacceptable, he told me that he would contact the scheduling department and someone would call me that day, it didn’t happen. After hearing nothing more from them today I called product support when I got home from work and went for the phone call instead of chat. The agent told me that it would be 3 to 5 business days so I asked for a supervisor. After an extended wait a supervisor finally got on the phone and after I explained the situation she told me that they have 3 to 5 business days and that’s just the way it is, it’s LG Policy and nothing can be done about it, I would just have to give them this week to try to find a technician. No empathy no concern that LG’s unreliable product had left a 84 year old woman with no refrigeration for what appears to be sure to stretch beyond a week minimum before they may do something about it. I personally own several LG products but if this is how their product support works and the lack of concern of the company for hardship placed on its customers I will be very hesitant to purchase additional LG devices.

So far so good. Its design provides more room than our previous refrigerator that was slightly smaller. The price wasr easonable when compared ro other refrigerators.

So far, so good... seems to be working perfectly since purchase... not excessively noisy like some people said. Ice maker is productive and ice tastes good... cold door temps and drawers and shelves are definitely of a better quality then a lot of what we looked at... happy with purchase and would definitely recommend...

Capacity, size, streamlined, Best refrigerator I have ever used

We have had our new refrigerator for a little over 6 months. We love it! We haven’t had any issues with it to date. We like all the room there is to store the different foods. Fruits and vegetables have large drawers. There is a good sized drawer for lunch meats, cheeses etc. I love that we can keep the milk, condiments and dressings in each door. As far as the shelves go I have to be careful not to put heavy items on the 2 upper shelves because it appears to make the middle of the shelf bow from the weight. The freezer has a lot of storage along with a drawer that pulls out for more storage. We haven’t been able to hook up the ice machine yet so I can’t comment on that. All and all we are very pleased with this purchase.

This LG replaced a 4 yr old name brand that was on it's 3rd repair call, and rather than pay that expense again, I bought the LG. The LG is so much quieter and has been running perfectly. Not for one day am I sorry I junked a 4 yr old refrigerator.

I had to wait for my new refrigerator for more than 2 months as it was a back order. However trust me , it is worth the wait . It looks beautiful, lot of storage and works smoothly. There is an option to even turn on / off the ice making system. Amazing ! Overall very proud of my purchase.

We love this LG 25.1 cUFT Refrigerator. It is very spacious, and te icemaking feature is the best! Thought we'd miss the door ice dispenser, but this is even more convenient, especially when needing large quantities of ice. Would definitely recommend purchase to others. Mr. & Mrs. A. I think that this fridge has a great amount of space for all your food and condiments. I had a side by side before and getting used to the freezer below take some time but the one thing I didn't like was the fact that you are unable to adjust the height of the main shelving to fit like a regular gallon of milk inside. Other than that I would recommend this fridge to a growing family. The other thing is that it's pretty resistant to fingerprints too. Make sure your measurements are correct, the last thing you want to end up doing is having to take all your doors off the hinges so that your new fridge will make it in the house. I found out the hard way at the last minute.

Excellent fridge. Great space for a family. It doesn’t have a water dispenser which is a good thing; don’t want to deal with moldy lines and filters. A year later. Still great.

Nice fridge. Deep door shelves that can hold more than our previous fridge. No water dispenser. But I do like the ice tray in bottom freezer. Plenty of freezer ice at the ready for drinks. Very happy with my purchase!

So far I love this refrigerator, but I have only had it for a few weeks. It is spacious and the doors and freezer hold lots of food with great visibility. The freezer is huge. I could put a couple of turkeys in it with ease.

It meets my every need I hated the side by side doors I had because I couldn't put large dishes in it this one with the french doors give me lots more space/ The freezer I like because when you open the door you don't have to worry about anything falling out onto the floor
