so far - working fine, purchased it on 4/29/2023, also I like that it's really fingerprint resistant, it has enough space for me, but for a large family I would recommend purchasing a larger capacity refrigerator

Great refrigerator and freezer. We love it and it fits great. Keeps everything cold and fresh! I was told Lg appliances are the best and so far they haven't dissappointed.

This replaced my garage in the garage. Got it for a great price. Is a good size and has digital temperature control. Would recommend for anyone needing a basic fridge.

Great refrigerator thus far! Plenty of room and both love the space and design of the bottom freezer! Easy to view and find what I need without rummaging over items! Love the smudge free surface! Highly recommend for those with the little ones running around!

I have a smaller space and was so happy to find a French door fridge with loads of space inside that fit in the smaller fridge space in my home. It’s beautiful and quiet - looks so classy in here.

We’ve owned this refrigerator for 3 weeks and so far, so good. I like that the ice maker has a button to turn the ice making on and off (it is very loud when it falls into the ice container). My only complaint is that the shelves are too close together to fit a gallon of milk or any tall drink containers. The shelves on the door are not ideal for a milk jug either. We had to take one shelf out and just leave it out, then move the other shelf to be in the middle so I could fit the milk jug, 2 liter bottles, and juice containers.

So far so good. This LG seems well made, with nice heavy duty drawers and compartments. It seems to maintain a good consistent temperature. The installation was super quick. The only thing I wish they had done at delivery, was make sure the unit was sitting level. When I lay bottles down on the shelves, they roll to the left. Best Buy is returning in mid November to deliver a dryer, and at that time they will level my refrigerator. They offered to come earlier, but I didn’t think it was necessary to make that many trips when they could handle it at the same time. The only thing I wish I had done different was make sure the unit was counter depth, which it is not.

After looking at a variety of refrigerators we decided on this one. It offers the features we wanted, very roomy inside and we like the design both inside and and out. It’s ideal for our needs.

I love this refrigerator! It is deep and has a ton more space than I thought. Same with the freezer. Holds so much more than I expected. I just hope it lasts more that 10 years!!

It cooler down pretty fast after installation. Ice machine works great and produces ice fairly fast. It is lots of space in the top fridge and same goes for the bottom as well.

This fridge had a couple of problems unique to my purchase. There was a small ding in one front door and the anchoring feet were so tightly screwed in that the installer could not get them down; so now it moves. Best Buy gave me a smallish rebate but I don't think it covered it. The capacity of this appliance is great if you work out a good way to keep track of your items in a chest-type freezer. The fridge itself is very deep -- too deep, I think. I bought bin type trays so I could pull them out to get my food at the back. A design flaw is that none of the drawers pull out all the way. You cannot get to the back 1/3 of the veg and fruit bins or the cheese drawer. But that slim 3" high drawer is genius!

Love this refrigerator. Easy to organize. Plenty of space in the freezer. I do not have the ice maker hooked up, so can not comment on that. Quiet functioning! Would have loved split shelves, but can live with it, as I love the bottom drawer. An upgrade from my previous LG refrigerator.

Love this French Door LG. Was looking for a french door frig w/o ice maker on door. The price was excellent and the delivery team was fantastic! Love the freezer on the bottom with ice maker and the double doors on top make viewing easy. Best Buy prices were the best all around!! Saving for a stove and micro next, so Best Buy will be the place I buy from.

I have been looking for a new French door fridge without an in-door icemaker for a few years now. I am pleased to say I have found the perfect one at last! I always read reviews, and this one sold me on its performance, size and good looks. It is so roomy, and the freezer on the bottom is just the right size. The "no fingerprints" stainless steel is an added bonus. I could not be more pleased with my purchase from Best Buy, which is where I always shop at for the best prices, customer service and speedy delivery.

Took a bit to get thru the door, but love it. Bottom freezer with ice maker is great. Much better temp control than my previous refrigerator.

Great Frig!!! Nice and quiet!!! I like how the shelves are designed. It is 1 whole piece and not 2. There is no hang down piece and it allows you to store even more food.

Spacious and usually runs quietly. Keeps food cold and frozen with the ability to adjust temperature controls and there is an alarm notification if fridge doors are opened for too long. No product complaints so far. Did have an issue with delivery as I knew the dimensions of the fridge was too big too fit through the space next to my stairway leading to my kitchen. To get past the space required the fridge doors to be taken off, but the delivery men indicated they will not do that. Would not recommend purchasing from Best Buy if you need fridge doors to be removed in order to get the fridge to the desired location. Had to take apart the fridge, move it to the kitchen, and reinstall everything on our own.

I'm enjoying this refrigerator more than I could imagine.Love the French door with no water or ice on outside. The ice maker in the freezer drawer is perfect.

Too early to weigh in on reliability but the fridge looks great (really modernized my kitchen from the previous top freezer), is super quiet, well lit inside, fits like a glove in my 33" wide pocket (i was worried that it might not fit) and managed to squeeze through a 30" doorway when it was delivered. If you have a traditional fridge in a 33" space, this is the max capacity fridge and it will fit perfectly.
