This fridge is perfect for our needs. Lots of space, the bottom drawer is perfect for deli meats and egg, and the side shelves are spacious as well. It has great temperature consistentcy and you can adjust the freezer and fridge seperately. Ice maker is loud but that isnt constant.

Excellent refrigerator. Quick on time delivery. We just had a minor problem with one of the doors requiring strong push to close, but the Best Buy sent a technician very quickly and adjusted the door. So far we are very happy with the refrigerator. The only complaint my wife has is the access to the top shelves/bins in the doors. It would be nice if the top door shelves/bins had a flip up door, rather than rigid sides, so that it would be easier for a shorter person to retrieve items placed in those shelves/bins. (On the flip side, these top shelves/bins are now for my exclusive use, since I am over 6 ft tall). Big plus of this refrigerator is very quiet operation and a big freezer volume, which can be easily expanded if you do not use the ice maker.

We purchased this refrigerator on 2/18/20. This is our second LG French door refrigerator (we had to leave the first one behind when we moved). Because of space restrictions, we chose to go with the 33" wide. We gained extra cubic footage by eliminating the in-door dispenser system (and the extra chance of problems with it). The finish on the stainless steel does minimize fingerprints and a damp microfiber cloth removes any that occur. The accessibility of a lower freezer is more convenient to me (I'm 5 ft tall), but reaching the very back of the refrigerator can offer a small challenge since it is deep! But average height people will not have a problem with that. It runs quietly so we don't hear it cycling off and on (freezer part) as we did with our old Whirlpool. Ice maker works efficiently and can be turned off if we have a full ice bin. We have only had this refrigerator for 10 days, but if it is as reliable as our previous one, we will be enjoying this one for a long time - especially with a 10-year warranty on the compressor. The Best Buy Geek Squad did a wonderful job- removing our old frig, installing the LG and removing all the annoying but necessary film and tape on the shelves and doors. They connected the water line, explained what we needed to know and did this in under 25 minutes! They were a great team!

Had the fridge for about a month now, and it's working fine, which is pretty much what one should expect from a new product. Nice and quiet compared to my previous Kenmore. It has more storage capacity than my old fridge, so that is a plus for me. I was a little concerned about the shelf adjustments, but it turned out good, with enough height on the bottom shelf for gallon containers plus plenty of space in the door shelves. Not too many 33" Wide refrigerators to choose from.... looks like a winner so far. Check back with me when my extended warranty runs out.

Went from a 18 cubic foot to this large 25 cubic foot. Fits perfect in my 35 inch space with a wall to right side. I still can open the doors fully and use all of the door space with no blockage to the inside or blocking the inside drawers from opening all the way. Hope this helps with measurements.

We had to get a refrigerator that would fit our space which meant we couldn't get a full size one. After much research, this offered the best capacity for its size. We decided due to our size restrictions we would forgo the door water/ice maker on favor of more capacity. Best Buy delivered it on time. They hooked up the water and plugged it in. I was immediately impressed with the loudness, or rather, the complete lack of noise. It is so quiet. I wasn't sure it was actually working when we first plugged it in. We love this refrigerator. It is everything I was hoping for. Others had mentioned that the shelves are one piece across which limits the adjustment. This is true, but it is of little consequence to me. We've had this refrigerator for about a month and so far I've been very impressed and have no complaints. I suppose only time will tell if it holds up.

The two individuals who delivered the refrigerator were wonderful. I really like the size and space available inside, seems to be a lot more room than the one that the new one replaced. The only issue is that the refrigerator will make a loud and obnoxious buzzing sound sporadically. The duration is even sporadic. I have attempted to contact both Best Buy and LG (via telephone with zero success) to see if we would be able to troubleshoot the issue on the phone. Overall, I really like the unit and it goes well with the rest of my kitchen. Again, the two who delivered it were very nice and helpful.

Great value for your buck on a great refrigerator. The refrigerator itself is extremely wide. Fits large quantities of food. The bottom freezer is large and spacious for frozen bulk items. It can get messy and disorganized down there though. I recommend baskets or dividers to separate things.

Quiet and keeps foods well refrigerated. Freezer is good too. Could have added shelving in the freezer. Could have made the shelving in the refrigerator portable instead of 3 long glass shelves.

Had to purchase a new refrigerator because the compressor went out on my old one. It cost over $900 for a replacement part. I had to have a unit 33 inches wide. The new LG unit is a little higher and deeper. I just love the shelves that go strait across vs the adjustable shelves that I previously had. You can fit so much more. Also the shelves on the door are deeper so it also holds much more stuff. It has a drawer below the vegetable crisper draws to hold cheese and lunch meats. The freezer is big enough. Has an ice maker. This unit is far superior to my old unit.

Very roomy I got rid of two refrigerators to go down to one I was nervous about space but this fridge handles it well the freezer is ver spacious very happy with my purchase

it's tough to review a product after only a month but so far it's been excellent. it has a lot of space, is quiet, and the print proof finish is that. while the shelves are only adjustable full width, their is plenty of room on the doors for the taller items. everything is the right temperature it's supposed to be. it's been a good choice at this point.

Have had the fridge for about a year and a half so far. Plenty of room for everything and keeps stuff cold what else can I say.

This fridge is very spacious! Works as expected and I like that here is not icemaker on the door that would have taken a lot of space like on other fridges I owned. The icemaker is inside the freezer. A bit noisy when making the ice but other than that, I like it. Pretty expensive thou.

I purchased this online without a chance to actually physically check it out but I must say it’s a nice refrigerator is quiet I will never use the icemaker I love the temperature controls the only downside is the top doors compartments limit to what you can put in there because of height all in all nice unit

I have had this fridge for a week now. It has plenty of room and is very quiet. You can even put magnets on the front of it, which I love!!! I was hesitant about the french door design with the freezer at the bottom, but I love how everything in the fridge is at eye level and you don't have to bend down to get anything out. The freezer has plenty of room for us too!!!

Couldn’t ask for better price when I had to replace my 13 year old refrigerator. I had the previous version of this French door fridge. This one feels like an upgrade. It is more spacious due to the rearranged location of the crisper and the use of single shelves as opposed to split ones, the door compartments are also more spacious and hold more items.

Easy to see everything inside refrigerator. After a month I'm getting used to the freezer drawer. Only complaint the door bin/shelves are hard to move. And there isn't enough room to allow for 2 liter pop or milk gallons AND use both movable bins.

For $1800.00 I expected far better quality, lighting not great, dark areas especially the freezer, doors light weight and feel like they will break if you close them too hard

The refrigerator is extremely quiet and seems to be of very solid construction. My only quibble is the lack of a covered compartment for butter and similar dairy on the door.
