Delivery delayed 3 days, no real reason given. Item arrived with broken door storage bin, which Best Buy replaced. Found 4 minor dents on front of main door and bottom freezer door. Would buy other items from Best Buy but not if delivered by this last bunch.

We did quite a bit of shopping for a new refrigerator, researching multiple appliance retailers both in person and online. We compared features, pricing, and delivery dates as the three major factors to make our decision. Our refrigerator had just broken down. We needed to get a replacement right away. It only took one visit to Best Buy to purchase our new refrigerator, with all of the features we wanted, the delivery date within a few days, and the pricing. Also, we were delighted to find out that our "My Best Buy Total Member" status gave us an additional 20% discount. We highly recommend Best Buy for their service and the quality of their products.

Roomy and nicely designed refrigerator. Drawers open all the way even though we have a wall to the right so can only open the door 90 degrees. Best Buy installers were very efficient and had the refrigerator installed in minutes, even though they had to remove our front door to bring it in.

This one is nice. Love the small tray under the crisper drawers. It’s beautiful hides finger prints and we love the push button digital buttons for the temperature controls. The ice bin is huge and takes up half the top shelf of the freezer but is perfect for us because we love ice. Takes 3-4 days to fill with ice with the ice plus button pushed but it’s worth the wait. Also with the doors off it easily fits though a 30 inch door.

This is a great refrigerator! The staff that came and delivered it made the whole process seemed effortless. They were very kind, courteous, and extremely efficient. I would recommend this refrigerator/freezer to anyone!

It’s really spacious and I really like it, now I organize all the perishable food inside it.

So much space in the utility drawer. Produce drawers are perfectly sized and glide so easily. Honestly this is the quietest refrigerator we have ever owned. The door ajar bell is a great feature with little hands helping themselves.

This fridge is great. Shelves are all adjustable and large bottle storage in the door is so helpful. I love the snack beverage drawer and the freezer is set up very nice. I love my new fridge!!

Love my new refrigerator so much. My last refrigerators light broke and this one is so bright. The freezer has a light also. It’s very spacious.

I was debating if we should get a side-by-side, a traditional fridge, or this model. I really didn't want to bend over to look at everything in the fridge as I am a very visual person and I use the fridge more frequently than I use my freezer. I am so glad I went with this fridge. Perfect for a growing family that loves to host. So much easier to see all the leftovers at a glance and great for meal prepping. I highly recommend it!

This is such a big and spacious refrigerator. The only thing I can possibly think about that I don’t like is the shelves aren’t adjustable. But I work around that.

Amazing. Lots of space, even enough to hold the pizza box from our fave pizza restaurant!!

Spacious, works great, fuctional storage. My delivery was smooth!

So far I really like it. It replaced a Samsung 25 cf side by side and this has way more usable space. I love the bottom freezer. Hopefully 5 years from now I still like it

This LG replaced a French door LG. The refrigerator temperature control is on the lowest setting and it does not cool as much as the prior model. No issue with the freezer. I wonder if it is due to the door cooling strip of vents. See pic The doors hold the bulky gallons of milk and family sized juices and are super roomy.
