I didn’t have a chance to review the product before traveling. I took the monitor in its original packaging as hand luggage to Thailand. Upon arrival, I opened the package and connected it to my desktop, only to find an issue—the screen displayed black and milky-colored bars. Returning it wasn’t an option since the shipping cost was higher than what I paid for the monitor. It couldn’t have been damaged during transport, as it was securely stored in the overhead bin.

I absolutely despise this monitor and the sole reason is the sound it makes.
Every time the monitor receives or loses a signal, it makes an annoying *beep*, something you would hear in technology from the 1990s. It continues to beep for a few seconds EVERYTIME it loses or gains a signal (i.e. turning the computer on and off).
To add insult to injury, there is no way to turn off this annoying noise.
I would have returned it but I was on a work trip and missed the return window.
