The water and ice we get from the fridge has tons of floaties in it. It’s like a white powdery substance. We thought at first it was just from the new filter, but we have dumped several buckets of water and ice down the drain with the same problem. Very disappointing for the price! Will try to get service, but im sure it will be a hassle.

It is an average, over priced refrigerator. Because stainless, french door is popular the price is inflated. It will serve its purpose.
