This was an exchange refrigerator because the first had a dent in front below the water dispenser. In this 2nd refrigerator , There was a gap on left bottom refrigerator drawer and the wall where it was installed. The water from filter tasted rubber inspite of 10 gallons of water flushed out.

Waiting to hear from total tech support support. 1 out of 3 dented items. 1 month later the freezer has given out. Really hoping beat buy can make this right. Lost 200 dollars worth of food and now waiting for a replacement.

This refrigerator is everything I expected and more. I didn’t see it in person just online pictures. It has so much space and plenty of compartments for condiments. I like that the shelfs are adjustable.

We've only had our LG refrigerator for about a month but couldn't be more pleased with our purchase so far. I am the type of shopper who does extensive research on an item before I buy, so I had done my homework. First off, it got great reviews from others but LGs also rate highly with Consumer Reports studies and we've always had very solid success following their recommendations. We absolutely love the dual ice makers, the exterior doesn't show fingerprints (which I'm sort of compulsive about!) and it's extremely quiet. It's our first time to have a French-door style and it seems so much roomier than our previous side-by-side. We had previously purchased the side-by-side because my husband has back issues and we thought a full drawer bottom freezer would be difficult for him. But the handle on this freezer lifts up, making it super easy to pull out even when completely full. We would highly recommend this model!

Has all the features we (my wife specifically) wanted from a refrigerator/ freezer. It produces a more than adequate supply of ice, and has a huge storage capacity in comparison to the 22 year old unit it replaced. It is too early to tell anything regarding the durability of the unit, but it is easy to keep clean. The split adjustable shelves in the refrigerator compartment are exactly the solution for different size pitchers and containers to be easily stored.

I've had this refrigerator a few weeks and so far, so good. The refrigerator is roomy and makes a good amount of ice. The exterior doesn't show fingerprints and is sleek and stylish. The bins are easy to remove and clean. I would recommend this refrigerator.

I love this refrigerator! What more can I say? The LG was my second choice. Initially I purchased a Whirlpool French door fridge. I had had a Whirlpool for 17 years and had had a good experience so I bought another. After it was delivered I discovered a defect in the doors so they did not close properly. Best Buy was very good and was sending out another Whirlpool to replace the first one. As I waited I realized I would never like the Whirlpool - it was noisy and I realized I was losing a lot of space with the ice maker taking up space in the refrigerator. I went on line and looked at which refrigerators would fit in the space I had. I saw the LG and then found a recent article about it with a very positive review. I then went to Best Buy to see it in person and decided that this would be the new fridge. First, it is very quiet. You barely hear it. Second there's lots of room in the refrigerator itself. There are two ice makers - one in the door and another in the freezer. The freezer has a moveable divider in the drawer so if you have something large there's room for it. My only complaint is there's no space for butter storage like in my old fridge. I feel bad about not buying an American brand but this LG is amazing.

This refrigerator is great for the value! It holds a lot and it has a lot of essential things like a door ice maker as well as a man additional ice maker in the freezer! The capacity on both the freezer and refrigerator is massive and accommodates my household of five well!

Owned 4 refrigerator/freezers over 30 years. Lots of space, more than the others. Has two ice makers. Has a water filter. It just plain good! If one had to complain at all, the front left door with the icemaker is a bit heavy when filled with ice and will slam closed and surprise you. It takes getting use to not just letting it go to close.

I love my new refridgerator! I can't even seem to fill it up. This was the first Thanksgiving I did not have to rearrange the refrigerator just to fit things in. I was able to put a whole sheet pan with two pies on the top shelf and I still had half the top left. The only draw back, and the reason I did not give five stars, is there is no light in the water dispenser. Also, picky I know, but you cannot get ice with the other door open. The crushed ice flies all over the place and they should have put a shoot or something to guide it. The door without the ice maker has to be manually shut, no swishing with your hand or it could not close. I have had it text me at work to tell me the door is open so I have to call the teenager to close the dang door. Other than that, it looks great, is very silent, and I get tons of ice with the dual ice maker. I simply love all the room it has and the well lit interior. Very please with my purchase.

This was my very first fridge I have ever bought on my own. This was one of the best purchases I have ever made. The model I have is currently the brushed stainless steel. It is very spacious at the top and has a big freezer compartment. I like that it has two ice makes, one in the lower bin and then the space saving behind the left door. Filter is very easy to change and switch. Controls on the front are very simple to read and are big. I really have no concerns about this product, it’s been very stable. I mostly enjoy the warranty factory standard for 5 years on the fridge itself. The compressor has a 10 year factory warranty which leaves for piece of mind. If you are in the market for a fridge, I do highly recommend this fridge. Pretty affordable I think compared to other French doors and of this cubic space. Definitely worth looking at floor model first before purchasing so you have an idea of what it is all about.

This is a nice size refrigerator with plenty of storage options. It is nice to have dual ice makers as the ice maker in the door isn't sufficient for heavy use during a large gathering. Setup was easy and the controls are easily accessible to make changes. So far, this fridge is truly fingerprint resistant so it's nice to not have to clean it daily.

Overall this fridge is well designed, especially for the price. We really like this fridge. There is so much room and it is easy to move shelving to your desire and the drawers are the prefect size. We really like the 2nd ice maker in the lower freezer, and if it's not needed, you can just turn it off and remove ice tray for more freezer room.

Super sleek, rolls very nicely to clean under and behind- which I love. So far it’s been super easy to clean. Doesn’t leave fingerprints, but it is easy to scratch (I think my ring got the handle). The 2 ice makers are amazing, and we haven’t have a problem with the top ice maker like other brands experience, it’s been several months so we are super happy and would recommend this model!

I have so much room in the refrigerator now. I was worried the freezer would feel cramped, but it is not. I did buy just a few pantry organizers to help keep things separated. Love having 2 ice makers ---it was one main reason for getting this model, as well as the high star reviews. I do wish they would make a sliding shelf for tall items but I was able to adjust a shelf to accommodate the taller things.

I love this fridge! The dual ice maker is great, the space inside so convenient and the freezer space is more than enough. I had a Samsung which lasted 5 years before so many parts broke, same size, but the configuration of this fridge is so much better. The indoor ice maker frees up the shelf space and the draws are so large. And the quietness! I have a completely open concept home and I never hear it. Lastly, so far, my fruits and vegetables seem to be staying fresher longer.

This is a really stylish refrigerator. Beautiful stainless steel finish that hides fingerprints. Having a dual ice maker really comes in handy when extra ice is needed when entertaining friends. There is really quite a bit of room in this refrigerator and the LED lighting is more than adequate. I honestly thought that having a refrigerator with a bottom draw would take some getting used to but quite the opposite. I found that finding my frozen items to be quite easy. In fact more easy than a side by side. I love this product. It’s super quiet and blends in well with my other kitchen appliances. LG has a winner on its hands.

This refrig and freezer has a ton of room except for door with the ice machine which is the same for all brands. I love having two ice makers as the one in the door makes smaller cubes and has smaller capacity that the one in the freezer compartment. Also love the finger print resistant surface. My old LG died after 13 years, but obviously satisfied as I bought another. The BBY sales staff were some of the most helpful and responsive people I've had the pleasure to work with.

Love this refrigerator! It keeps food very fresh- more than twice as long as my last refrigerator. I love all of the room that I have now in both the refrigerator and the freezer. The snack drawer is awesome. The dual ice makers will come in handy for family parties. The inside lights are plenty bright and I love that there is a bell if the door is left open. My only complaint would be there is not enough vertical room for multiple tall containers.
